Amazing stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had such a great experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly generous, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is very central and close to everything, which made our stay so convenient. The rooms were spacious and very clean.
We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The entire staff was very wholesome and helpful. Breakfast was rich and good. There are free coffee, tea and water in the lobby. They also have umburellas that you can borrow.
Location is the best! 3 minutes walk from Dam square, very close metro and tram stations and to all the good places to eat.
The room did not have a closet which was unconvenient.
Arriving to the room is a little confusing because the hallways are kind of a maze, but maybe its like that in a lot of hotels in amsterdam.

The hotel is clean, it is a small hotel in a very convenient location, with a tram station within walking distance and everything nearby.
However, I had a major issue during my stay. I did not request or refuse cleaning, yet the cleaner entered the room and only changed the towels without actually cleaning. A disposable cup had fallen on the floor and was not picked up, and other areas were left untouched. The room was not cleaned at all—just towels were replaced—which is unacceptable. I don’t understand why towels were changed if the room wasn’t properly cleaned and waste was left unremoved. Usually, when a cleaner enters a room, the expectation is that it will be properly cleaned.

Location is perfectly good. Room was very clean and neat.
It was a bit cold first, I had to ask reception what we can do as there is also no any air conditioner. They increased the room temperature from the system by heating up the radiator

The area, the vibes, the staff, the room, the coffee machine: all great! I did miss Matteo though. he handled my check in and I never saw him again.
Unfortunately the check-out was at 11 AM and I woke up sick that day. I wanted to pay extra for a late check-out so I could stay in my room, but it wasn’t possible. Instead, I had to spend my last hours in Amsterdam walking around sick and sitting in the hotel lobby.

Spacious room and great breakfast. Very central location.
The location is very central which is convenient but it is very noisy! Drunk people at night and garbage and recycling trucks in the morning makes for a very poor sleep. They also were slow to clean. We were out from 10:30 to 15:00 every day and our room was never cleaned. By then we just wanted to relax when we returned so we never requested it, thinking it would be done the next day.
