Location was amazing, everything was in reach by foot. We booked a room for 3 and the room was very spacious for all of us. We enjoyed the extra amenities such as free water & coffee a lot as well. Overall very joyful stay

The breakfast was great, the staff was very friendly specially the ones serving breakfast. When we first arrived we were kindly greeted by one of the staff members and he was very nice and attentive. The location was amazing.
It was a little noisy during the night.

The room was spacious and pleasant with all the required facilities. The location was excellent near the Center, Jordaan and 9 straatjes area and the tram stop. We did not have breakfast at the hotel.
Infront of the hotel there is a small park with tram lines going to and fro the central station every 2 minutes from 6.00am until 12.00 midnight. The windows are wooden and don't seal well so if you are bothered by noise choose a back facing room.

Location
The cleanliness was unacceptable. Towels had hair and food stains, and the bed sheets had makeup residue and hair everywhere. Even after informing housekeeping, the room was not properly cleaned. The sound insulation is extremely poor — you can clearly hear neighbors and the constant creaking of wooden floors. Access to some rooms is inconvenient since the elevators do not serve all floors, which makes carrying luggage difficult. On the positive side, the heating worked well and the complimentary drinks in the lobby are a nice touch. The location is good and close to the market and main attractions. However, rooms facing the street are noisy due to trams and bicycles. Overall, the price is not justified for the quality provided.
