Great location (walking distance to the RAI and the nearby metro + train stations). Nice spacious room with an incredible view over Amsterdam (depending on which side of the building one's on). Breakfast is outstanding with lots of options for all dietary needs, and has the same amazing vista over the city (and here you can choose which direction look out from :))
Also, bonus points for giving out free drink vouchers if you choose to skip cleaning!
There is no easily accessible public toilet on the ground floor (you have to ask for a keycard if you don't have your room card yet/anymore). Also, checking in/out can take a while (they do have quite a few front desks, but at peak load, e.g. when a conference just ended, it can take a bit longer than expected).

The hotel is really great. Our room was clean, bright, and comfortable. There is a kettle, fridge, and coffee machine in the room. The breakfast selection was good, with fresh orange juice and mint, ginger, and lemon available for tea.
There are train, metro, bus, and tram stations nearby, so you can easily get to the airport, the city center, or other towns in the Netherlands.

Excellent location — getting from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel around the city was effortless thanks to the excellent metro and train connections. The room exceeded our expectations, and the staff were truly helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Amsterdam!
