Fantastic to enjoy a great Breakfast and an amazing view
We went to the 24th floor to order a drink and enjoy it in the garden zone, but we were told that no drink could be delivered there, then 5 minutes later another couple got drinks served, this was not a good experience.

Excellent staff. Especially Patricia, who went out her way to get us bathrobes and help with the heating.
We got an extremely weird shaped room (long dark hallway in) which was small (as in bump your legs on stuff walking round the bed). There was no storage/space for suitcase, even the wardrobe was a triangle. Our room was without bathrobes and mini bar, like it wasn't ready for us yet we paid extra on arrival to take this room early, when actually we wish we'd waited on the regular room as this strange one should have been discounted, not extra

The hotel has a modern, vibrant design inspired by cultures from different parts of the world. It is full of joy, humour and vivid colours. Everything feels fresh, clean and very well maintained. The design is truly unique.
The rooms are beautiful, with extremely comfortable beds and lovely bedding. They are also very well equipped with all the essentials, including a hairdryer, slippers, an iron and an ironing board. I also really appreciated the charming little coffee and tea corner in the room.
The staff were all very kind, smiling and friendly, but never intrusive. The team is multilingual, which is a great advantage. Special greetings to Greg, with whom we had the pleasure of chatting in Polish:)
The hotel is located right next to a metro station, so getting around the city is extremely convenient. I also really liked the easy way of communicating with the staff through the dedicated online page - if you need something, you simply select what it is.
The view was wonderful.
Breakfast was truly royal - there was everything you could wish for, including freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious waffles, local cheeses and sparkling wine. The products were of genuinely excellent quality. The bread, spreads and cream cheeses were absolutely delicious.
I definitely recommend this hotel.
The only small downside was the limited wardrobe space. For a longer stay, this might be a little inconvenient.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. It is brand new, incredibly comfortable, and designed with so much attention to detail—from the high-quality kettles to the lovely soaps. Everything felt premium and cozy.
The breakfast was truly amazing, but what impressed me the most was something I have never seen before: they provide takeaway packaging at the breakfast buffet. For a family with children, being able to 'legally' pack a sandwich or a snack to get the kids through the day until dinner is absolutely priceless.
It is such a thoughtful and practical touch that makes traveling with a family so much easier. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back!
