Really clean, great staff who are helpful, nice little extras such as a selection of free sweets in reception and a handy self service shop for treats and drinks etc. the breakfast is absolutely worth it - great selection and good quality food. Really comfortable beds!
Shower pressure isn’t that strong.
Also, For some people the location may not suit as it is slightly out of the centre but we loved that as we love walking and being active, and like to use public transport to see the city like a local.

We spent one night at nhow Amsterdam RAI as a family with two dogs. The team was welcoming and helpful throughout our short stay — check-in was quick and staff were accommodating. Our corner room was a highlight: very spacious, bright, and decorated in the hotel’s modern, colorful style. The bedding was comfortable and the coffee/teapot setup was a cute, thoughtful detail.
Practical notes: the room felt a bit chilly because the thermostat only allows a modest temperature increase (roughly +3°C), so you may need to bring a warmer layer. Parking and the dog fee are both on the pricey side for a 4‑star property, which is worth knowing in advance. Dogs are not allowed at Selva (the rooftop restaurant), though they are accepted at breakfast — a welcome plus since many hotels don’t allow that. Minor negatives aside, it was a very pleasant stay and I’d recommend nhow RAI for families travelling with dogs who prioritise design and convenience.

The Room with a great view. Bed comfortable and room clean and funky.
The shower floor allowed the water to flow into the bathroom area. Tiles not layed well and is dangerous to use hair dryer when floor wet.

The hotel is very modern and clean with wonderful facilities. There is a great restaurant and bar on the rooftop. The Moana Bar is also nicely decorated, cozy, and has great food. Even though the property is far from the center, it is literally a 2-minute walk to the subway that takes you right downtown.
I really do not have much to complain about! I would've loved bathrobes to go with the cute slippers and the luggage scale was broken during our stay. Truly, very minor things that did not disrupt a lovely time at the hotel!

Its location is super nice, really convenient for me to take the bus to keukenkof. Its view was fantastic as well as its breakfast.
I found a pen at the bathroom, not sure if this was supposed to be there. Moreover, I think the condition at the bathroom was almost running out. It would be nice to check them before customers check in.

The hotel was amazing. It is stylish and has a fun vibe and the staff is really friendly. My room was comfortable and relaxing. The gym is great! A lot of hotels put the gym in the basement, the gym here has a view. The breakfast was also delicious. I would do a hard workout in the gym every morning and then enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Great location, close to all transportation, restaurants and grocery stores. I would stay here again.
