The hotel was excellent and the staff were outstanding.
Location is great next to RAI station, making it easy to get anywhere by train, metro or bus.
The breakfast was really good with plenty of options to choose from.
The restaurant on 24th floor was fantastic, the food and service were both excellent.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast, while expensive, was excellent. The hotel is well positioned to public transport making it easy to get into the city. They provide drink vouchers each day you do not get housekeeping to support their environmental goals which is a lovely touch.
Check in/out was a little busy and required a wait. A little expensive but that’s to be expected.

The room was immaculately clean and the chock full of small touches to make the stay comfortable. Location couldn't be better, with super easy access to public transport, restaurants, the RAI and many other amenities.
Understandably the windows do not open, so you're completely reliant on the Aircon to cool the room down.

The amenities, the breakfast.
Long waiting time for check-in and check-out.
Not clear where queues started, because some groups were just hanging out in the entrance lobby. Some people were not checking in or out, but waiting for others and blocking the space.
Only 1 small free water bottle for 2 people in a room worth 300 euros per night...
Not easy to handle the temperature.

That we changed hotels to be closer to our River cruise. Had we known how good this hotel was we would have stayed the whole time with you.

Style and decor is absolutely stunning. Rooms a bed comfortable, great shower! Service is fast and friendly.
Premium internet is upon request. Why not offer standard? Bathrobe standard in room would be nice too. Check in was very busy and a little slow. I could have requested a room on high floor but I didn’t. Would have been nice though! Such a good view.

The whole vibe of the place was super friendly, not at all corporate for such a large hotel. They had a cool thing where if you hung an eco card on your door to excuse housekeeping in your room for that day, they gave you a free drinks voucher for the bar. The breakfast bar was exceptional. If you are vegan you won't find one better. Fantastic views over the city and beyond. Super comfy beds, rooms were light, airy and the bathrooms were very well stocked with toiletries. One 15 minute train ride from Schiphol airport and the train stop (rai) is right next to the hotel. Also the tram is just across the road to Amsterdam central. Loving the sugar skulls everywhere. Some beautiful artwork has been created for the hotel, it's a pure delight for the senses.
