Super convenient location, 5mins away from the metro and train station. Took just 15mins to get there from the airport. My bus to Keukenhof was also just 5mins away!
Great facilities too, nice clean shower with good water pressure. Good entertainment system. Well thought out room design. Super pleased

The staff was really kind and helpful. The hotel looks like a true skyscraper. The hotel was very unique and tidy! The breakfast is one of the best one we had! (you can take away if you want!) And it was on the 17th floor so the sunrise was truly beautiful.

Our room was well equipped. immaculately presented with additional extras to improve the enjoyment of our stay. Staff at Reception, Bar, Breakfast were friendly, resourceful and hard working. The breakfast was superb. Such a lovely hotel for our trip to Amsterdam.

The location was excellent, with great public transportation options, and the coach buses to the tulips stopped right outside, which was super convenient. The breakfast was very good, with a great selection and clear labeling that made everything easy to navigate. The staff were kind and attentive, and the whole stay felt effortless. The bars and restaurant were a fantastic bonus to an already great experience!
We booked a table at Selva, and although we liked the restaurant overall, the experience was a bit disappointing. We had a reservation for 21:00 and arrived a few minutes early, but we were asked to stand aside and wait. After waiting for 18 minutes, we had to flag down the host, only to realize they had completely forgotten about us, even though we were standing right nearby.
As a result, we felt rushed toward the end of our meal, which put a bit of a damper on the evening..

The staff were so attentive and polite. Fantastic customer experience. The decor of the building and room was very nice, gave it atmosphere as opposed ro rhe boring minimalist decor you tend to see in hotels. The location is also fantastic

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff was very helpful. Their breakfast was very diverse and tasty.
The Metro is right out the door. We took the train from the airport to Central Station. Then the metro to Europaplein(close to correct spelling) It's RIA area. Train OW $7.50 Euro. 24hr Metro pass, $10 Euro.

Elegant, charming hotel. Great service. Convenient location very close to transport options. The restaurant on the top floor is great.
The cupboard in the room could be a bit more spacious.
