The hotel is stylish and beautiful and close to the subway and train station.
No restaurants or shopping areas nearby. The artificial green plants on the desk can be thrown away. They are already moldy.

The rooms themselves were nice and clean, functional and cute though ‘cookie cutter’. The view was great. Location was not central but quiet and very easy access to train. The staff really tried to help but seemed overwhelmed with all the people with issues and things were never adequately resolved.
Was given the wrong room and not two distinct beds as I had confirmed with staff beforehand repeatedly due to disability. App didn’t work on phone. Spent so much time troubleshooting that we lost a day or more of vacation. Couldn’t call out from room so was helped with reservations to rent a boat. Was given the wrong location and walked several miles and lost another half a day though boat company did give us a later reservation and waived fee. Kind of the corporate uncaring you expect from these kind of places. Staff was nice but couldn’t keep up with the long line of patrons with issues like me. Seemed everyone was frustrated. I also believe I was charged more because they ‘upgraded’ me though my daughter did not get a separate bed but a cot of sorts and is very tall and has back issues and she was not comfortable as she didn’t have a real bed. Again, I’d exchanged several messages confirming we’d have two separate detached beds.
