The property had a lot of character, it was a fun environment to be in. I also liked how close it was to the metro, it made it so easy to go to and from our activities. Staff was extremely accommodating and ended up upgrading our suite when we told them it was our honeymoon.

The room was spacious so was the bathroom. It was extremely clean. Everyone we interacted in the front desk was very kind and helpful, the bed was very comfortable, the location it’s perfect.
The main bedroom it’s very dark. They have lamb throughout, but they don’t have strong enough bulbs, so you cannot see properly. They should put overhead lights in the main room area

new. Clean. Comfortable beds. Very supportive staff who helped me move rooms, extend bookings, etc. the location is very close to a metro and a train station. Good balance of having very easy access, but also being away from the crowds at city center.

The room size and design and how clean the room was.. the whole vibe was great. The location is perfect as its a short walking distance from the metro station to downtown, as well as walking distance to the airport train station

It’s all brand new, the rooms are spacious and good bathrooms. It’s well connected with access to the metro.
There is some roadside noise if you are sensitive to that. The area isn’t the most picturesque part of town as it’s right next to the convention Center.

Our stay was highly satisfactory. The breakfast offered an extensive selection and was very well maintained, with the buffet regularly replenished. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was spacious and extremely comfortable. Additionally, the room featured excellent soundproofing, ensuring a calm and undisturbed environment throughout our stay. We would gladly choose this hotel again.

The only positives were the helpful reception staff and the free late check-out.
Disappointing stay. The hotel is far from the city center. The room was very small, and the photos on Booking did not reflect the actual room. Housekeeping did not respond to the cleaning sign until we contacted reception. There were moth insects in the bathroom. An extra €90 was charged and only addressed after follow-up. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
