Very comfortable room and bed!!!! Staff very helpful. Shuttle bus to AMS was perfect. All good for an overnight airport stay.
I would have liked to rebook this room for 3 adults as I am returning with 3 people coming back through AMS. But the prices for 3 adults is too expensive so I will be staying somewhere else. It makes no sense to me because they have rooms with a cot and being that I am only there to shower and change, a cot is fine. But the price is just too high.

I liked everything (staff, room, food and friendliness of all the staff at the hotel).
What I didn't like was the shuttle service. Specifically, room for luggage. We were a group of 12. We specifically told reception that 8 of us were taking the shuttle at 6 am and had 9 bags. The woman at reception said it wouldn't be a problem as there is plenty of room. But it was a problem. Maybe in the future, when you schedule your customers, consider their luggage as you are an airport hotel.

Lounge was clean and spacious Rooms given were also spacious Shuttle services to and from airport
Rooms had no windows overseeing outside rather it was overseeing towards dining areas/room so very bad for staying in such rooms as you are doomed you really dont want to see people eating and dont know if they could see in our rooms as well we had to keep the curtains on all time The room AC was not working despite of asking to be looked at no action was taken by the hotel to get it fixed. We were sweating at night while sleeping We arrived 2 hrs early despite they had room available and could check in, hotel reception asked me to pay 39 euro for 2 hrs early checkin. I have never seen like this before . The front desk staff (some of them not all) was rude. I dont want to put the name here Bathroom looked dated Despite of paying for breakfast separately night before when we arrived to breakfast area we were told they we had not paid for it and you need to go back to reception to pay. Luckily I had the bank app and showed the transaction then they finally accepted it. Breakfast does not have much choices for vegetarian It appeared they dont like customers using booking.com

A very brief overnight to catch an early flight, but it did the job! Bed was comfy, and a great shower. Close to airport and free shuttle a bonus. Staff very helpful and friendly. And the little bag of mini Easter eggs on departure was a lovely gesture.

The room was great. I got a king bed. It was super comfortable, it seems newly renovated inside. I arrived late and didnt check out all the facilities but it was overall a great experience.
The outside looks old but the inside totally makes up for it. Dont judge a book by its cover.

The reception area is nice and the staff were lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to and from the hotel was brilliant and the drivers were great.
The room we were put in stank of Body Odour. It was unbearable so after an hour or so we asked to be moved and the reception staff arranged for us to move to a much cleaner room-no smell. The room was very comfortable-especially the beds.

Late check in as rooms werent ready. Room was quite dirty with hairs everywhere. Check in staff were not very friendly or helpful. Pool cold and jacuzzi broken.

Breakfast
Room was not clean (floors had sand) when I checked in. Cleaning on subsequent days was after I expressly asked; I had not put any tags to show I did not need the service. Secondly, the lobby/seating area close to the souvenir shop was often left dirty for long periods (morning until evening). Thirdly, the cover hole in the steam room (Spa) had fallen off and was left unattended for the entire period of my stay (18-24 Mar 2024).
