The hotel was cozy and welcoming. Staff at every interaction was kind, helpful, and gracious. Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable. The greenhouse breakfast area was my very favorite part of the stay. What a lovely space to enjoy your morning in.

Very close to the airport, but still silent enough to sleep properly at night.
The parking lot is not very big. Depending on the time you get there, it might be full. Also, the parking lot it not very cheap.

The hotel is close to the airport and the room was large. The staff was friendly, but not that competent.
When I received my roomkey and went to the room, I was surprised to see other people's belongings there. The couple staying there arrived at their door at about the same time I did. Their key did not work anymore, mine did. It took about half an hour at the front desk to resolve this issue. I was given a different room, which was large, but impossible to cool. It was too warm, even though it was October and the outside temperature was cold. Windows did not open. Last thing I didn't like is that you absolutely need reservations for the shuttle to the airport. I missed mine and was told I could not get to the airport until two hours later, which was too late. I had to take a taxi instead.

A reasonable place to stay if you have an early flight from Schiphol airport. You do need to take a shuttle bus to and from the hotel to the hotel. Do not forget to book a shuttle if you need to travel to Schiphol - the driver may check your room number.
If you are unlucky and a bus with tourists arrived just before you, it may cost you half an hour to check in. If you have to take a shuttle to the airport, book it in advance (at the reception) and make sure you get in: the number of places is limited and if someone w/o a booking has sneaked in, you risk to stay behind.

Location super convenient for the purpose of this trip. Clean room, clean sheets and clean bathroom. Design of the room is simple and pleasant, and plenty of natural light.
Neighboring rooms door slamming is a real issue; something should be done to change those door closers to obtain a soft close - not a supersonic bang! Food is super expensive, and i was surprised that for the price of the room (or any hotel room) bottled water is only provided on the first day…
