Wonderful
Located close to the airport, near a Mc Donald’s to grab something quick, and the hotel itself is very nice.
The beds are a little hard - but you can request a mattress topper and then it’s good.

The infrared sauna. The number 1 reason why I keep on coming back! Infrared saunas help with chronic pain, and standard saunas don't help like infrared light does.
The damp bath doesnt seem to work, ever.

The staff was excellent
The shuttle should’ve been included from and to the airport. (We did know it was free from the airport but not back to it, just a suggestion) But the service and shuttle buses are clean and the drivers were extremely helpful and kind.

Clean, quiet and very comfortable beds!!!
Construction/room repair equipment left outside our door ( hallway). It was a little unsightly to see coming in and out of the room.

In general it was an ok stay. The breakfast was lovely and all staff was friendly and extremely helpful.
On our first night after arriving in the evening we were already quite astonished by how badly the noise cancellation of the windows was. We have stayed with other hotels in the same area in Hoofdorp and this was by far the loudest and the one with the most run down rooms. There was construction in several places within the hotel that didn't add to a very comfortable experience. Also the pool and wellness area was hardly living up to our expectations. The sauna was not functioning on the first day and all in all we were freezing in the pool area.
The rooms were functional, the beds very hard and all in all they were rather outdated. The curtains didn't run smoothly, the rooms were very small, and the bathroom was rather outdated as well.

The room was quite clean and the bed comfortable. Location is also good, quite close to the airport. Breakfast buffet was exceptionally great with a wide range of breakfast items. It is definitely worth staying at this hotel only based on the selection of breakfast items served and how they are served given the rooms are also clean and comfy.
This is just a suggestion if the shuttle service hours to and from the airport would be provided once a confirmation is made.

Comfortable beds, very quick response to concerns. Close to airport with the free shuttle. People were very friendly
Our sink was very plugged and it was difficult to use because of the very slow drain. Also around the corner on the second floor , there was a lot of items laying on the floor.

There should be a grab bar on the back wall of the bath/shower. It is dangerous getting out of the tub especially for an older person. There is nothing to hold onto and the tub sides are fairly high.
