Check in was smooth, we love their airport shuttle service, rooms are nice

Staff stood out. The lady (sorry I didn’t take names) was amazing. We went in while there was a snow storm and a million people in line. She was as attentive as you would expect in an empty 7 stars hotel. Loved that about her!
Shuttle from hotel to airport should be free.

Beds were very comfort. Shower facilities were super nice!
Didn’t have an option for us all the stay in the room together. We had to purchase 2 rooms. Coffee machines didn’t work.

Shuttle driver did not let my pregnant wife into the bus as there was no space according to him. Before that he watched me get in with 2 bags 20 kg each and only when she was left alone in the street he told her to stay away. When i had to offload both bags as I obvoiusly will not leave her alone, he insulted me in Dutch (he thought I will not understand as my wife spoke different language to me). I reported this to hotel stuff at check in but they did nothing about the issue.

I had a great stay at the NH Schiphol Airport. The staff was lovely and very attentive, always willing to help.
The building felt old, and although it has been renovated, some aspects are still quite basic considering the price. It's extremely close to the airport, and due to poor sound insulation, it felt like the planes were landing right in the room.

The rooms are clean and the restaurant has a great menu. The breakfast options are diverse and fresh.
The driver of the shuttle service is not very helpful and kind.

Two colleagues who did not stay in the hotel came to pick me up in the morning. They joined my breakfast and the hotel allowed them to enjoy a coffee for free. Now that's what I call hospitality.

Staff was very friendly
I stay in this hotel twice per year, and this visit, I found the rooms and the spa area to be less clean than desired/expected. It might have been because it was a very busy time with the snow storms and cancelled flights, so hotels were packed. I was just negatively surprised this time.
They also no longer provide the local cookies in the room, and the airport shuttle is now $5, rather than included in your stay. All small things, but they reduce the attractiveness of the hotel for me.

The Gym and the spa were fantastic, Breakfast was great one of the best i have had ,and of course the staff in the reception , Enrique is a Gem. And the shuttle service to the airport was very good too.

Close to the airport
Not very clean. I found a cockroach and a bug in the room. The shuttle was full and I had to get an uber not to miss my flight. Very expensive for this hotel.
