We arrived at midnight at the airport and apparently the shuttle bus just left when we arrived at the bus stop of the airport. But we called at the inter phone and a very friendly staff arranged another bus for us immediately. It was such a life saver. Upon check in, the staff were all friendly and kind even though it was past midnight and they were in the night shift. Thank you for the hospitality and professionalism :) The room was spacious and clean. Everything was great.

I thoroughly enjoy staying at the NH Hotel in Hoofddorp. The attention to detail is obvious and the staff is absolutely lovely. The breakfast buffet was presented in an amazing display of savory and sweet items. I wish my appetite was larger!

Mau atendimento por uma das funcionárias, falta de informação sobre a facilidade que Hotel oferece de ir buscar e deixar os hospedes no Hotel, falta de limpeza do quarto sem informação prévia aos clientes. Quando chegamos o hotel tinha informações erradas sobre a nossa reserva que efectuamos via Booking e a recepcionista limitou-se a dizer que nós é que deviamos contactar Booking.com apesar de termos lhe mostrado a informação correcta reserva que fizemos. Por outro lado chegamos a Amsterdam 2 dias antes da data do inicio da hospedagem, como iamos para outra cidade pedimos ao Hotel para guardar as malas e a mesma disse que o Hotel não podia guardar, até que depois de muito tempo um funcionário do Hotel chamado Simon o qual agradeço-lhe bastante, compreendei a nossa preocupação e deu-nos autorização excepcional para guardarmos as bagagens.

Great location - feels safe, 8-10 minutes ride from the airport on the shuttle that runs every 30 minutes during the day. Great staff. Booked comfort twin rooms - good size, modern, clean, very good beds, kettles, coffee pods, tea, creamer, sugar. 30 minutes on Bus 397 on the bridge above McD to the city center. Book shuttle to the airport in advance as morning slots get filled quickly. There is a a EU5 pp charge, but they provided complimentary shuttle to the airport.
There aren't any restaurants or cafes nearby, apart from a McD across the street. There is a restaurant and a bar on site, but it is expensive as can be expected.

Perfect hotel for a quick overnight stay. Got in late and had an early flight the next morning, didn't want to deal with schlepping my bags full of 3 weeks worth of souvenirs onto public transportation and around town. The shuttle made it very easy to get all my bags on without having to rush and a very short ride to and from the airport. The hotel itself was also very quiet, I didn't see or hear anyone on my floor and I slept wonderfully because of it.
I wish they'd include the shuttle schedule somewhere more obvious on their site or in their communications. I provided the hours I'd be getting in and leaving purely because I didn't know if it had certain hours or stopped after certain times/wouldn't be available early in the morning. The response I got was that I couldn't book it for personal pickup, which wasn't what I was asking to begin with. When I got to the hotel, I saw the shuttle schedule on the desk, which was exactly what I'd been looking for. My other minor complaint is that the side of the tub was very high and unavoidable if you're taking a shower. I'm in my 30s and nearly tripped over it, I can't imagine how older people get in and out.

I was able to book easily online after my flight was canceled. Staff was helpful, they arranged my shuttle back to the airport for the next day. I added breakfast and am glad I did, had the best croissants I’ve ever had; there was a good variety of options and it was in a nice eating area.

Great experience all round. Note: a limited menu evening meal is available in the lobby Verge restaurant. Buffet breakfast in the Greenhouse is great with lots of options. Will be back!

Staff was courteous and professional even with a large influx of passengers from the airport shuttle after flight cancelations. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I did not hear noise from the airport.
Bathroom had a sliding frosted glass door that didn't want to slide. We knew in advance that we would want an airport shuttle reservation, but after messaging, I was told to make the reservation after arrival in person. When we arrived, several time slots were full.
