The hotel staff were very helpful and polite! the breakfast was very good. The coffee/lunch restaurant inside was really lovely and the food was amazing. The location was also perfect for seeing all the central sights in Amsterdam.
sometimes there was a que for breakfast, but the staff handled this very well and had everyone seated as quickly as possible.

This is a lovely hotel that is in such a great position We found the staff to be very friendly and efficient which contributed to a fab time we had there Our room was very quiet and the massage we had at the spa was excellent
We paid by card at reception for a trip , but on checkout it was also on our bill! Also charged us €23 for a mini bar purchase which we did not have They apologised profusely and deleted the sums, so no real problem

An absolutely amazing stay! The location couldn’t be more central, yet the soundproof windows blocked out all noise from the busy square outside. We truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade!! The room was spacious, spotless every single day, and beautifully designed, with a huge comfortable bed and a stunning bathroom. The attention to detail was outstanding! The staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Truly a luxurious hotel experience!

Great location, breakfast staff and food was amazing.
This is not what I was expecting from an Anantara property to be honest. How can a 5 star property have a spa counter not manned for over 1.5 hours during working hours, I have WhatsApp images to prove this. Other than this staff and rooms was fine overall
