breakfast hall is a marvel, got to do it once. Location of the hotel is very central to the main attactions and "dam" tram situated close the hotel gets you to the rest.
Breakfast hall was amazing, staff are very attentive and the concierge service gave us good advice on where to eat and what to do.

Check in - Being sent to wrong room. Having to go back down to reception to confirm room number. Made a reservation in person at the on-site Cafe for dinner @7:30pm. Upon arrival for our dinner was advised our reservation was cancelled due to no show. The reservation was entered for 5:30pm instead of 7:30pm. We were then seated at the bar. Ordered dinner. Entre of chips & salad, along with main meals. Chips came out cold. Mains took an hour too long.

Exceptional service and atmosphere I had a great stay at the hotel and really enjoyed the overall experience. The atmosphere, design, and location are excellent, and everything feels very well thought through. The breakfast was also great, with a good selection and high-quality food, and the overall level of service throughout the hotel was exactly what you would expect from a property of this standard. I would especially like to thank Duty Manager Daan Op de Weegh for his outstanding support. He was extremely responsive, professional, and genuinely customer-oriented. His approach made a real difference and was truly appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would be happy to return.
