The staff are the best. Shout out to the doormen! They were always up for a chat and would greet you with the warmest smiles every time, going above and beyond to make your stay feel special. The location is great, with everything you need right outside the door. Highly recommend for your next stay in AMS.

I was able to rent a bicycle and that was a highlight of my trip. people were incredibly helpful and friendly many staff saying hi when walking by while I was sitting on a couch.
