Fantastic hotel, very Central, staff Amazingly helpful. Good facilities and very clean.
Pillows were a little soft but requested some alternatives from reception that were great.

Location excellent
Someone had breakfast and drinks at the bar on our room number, and on checkout we had to first check the slips, which could not be found, - think the system can be upgraded to prevent this? In South Africa this was commonly happening,but now at most hotels you have to show your room entrance card at bar,breakfast,etc.

The location was great. Rooms are clean.
The staff were all professional and well trained except of the lady on the egg station. She was unfortunately, discriminator. I asked her twice if I can place an order and she pretended to be busy. She could have said give me a second or something like that. It was only me and a gentleman waiting for his order so it was not that busy. Many thanks to the manager on duty ( I think her name is Lizzy )she handled the complaint very well and granted a late check out and the breakfast was served in the room next morning.

A wonderful stay with a top notch hospitality from entering the hotel untill check out. The location is superb, service also amazing. Thank to mr.Hugo and team for pampering us during our stay. The breakfast was also nice, and the waitress also gave her best service. Definitely will come back again to this amazing hotel.
