As always Krasnapolski exceeded our expectations and is quickly becoming our home from home in Amsterdam. From check in by Peter to breakfast with Muhammed, Ramzy and the Wintergarden team, to our departure organised by Ayman, it was perfect.
We were travelling early in the morning and were kept awake by a party organised just below our window. After consulting with Sven the problem was quickly resolved for which we are grateful.

This hotel was fantastic. We stayed in an Antara hotel in Bangkok and it was equally as lovely. The breakfast buffet was quite something. Staff were so polite. All spectacular. Great central location, you can walk anywhere. Train station close as are quite a few really nice restaurants.
