The spa opening hours are very limited, couldn’t use the sauna. The hotels personal doesn’t know how to manage a 5 star hotel.

It was a spontaneous trip, decided on the evening to drive to Amsterdam from the UK. Booked last minute (8pm uk time) arrived early hours to Amsterdam. I was greeted by a lady called Amara, very helpful and informative. I was offered help getting luggage out of the car as soon as I arrived. Check in process was quick, easy and simple. I stayed here 10 years prior and I must say it has improved massively. You get Dubai level service without any issues. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Valet parking is amazing also, anytime I needed something from the car they would bring it without any issues. Helped with recommendations with dinner. On check out I forgot the passport in the safe, I made a phone call. It was no issue to retrieve them. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is key. The service is amazing. Nothing is ever an issue. The staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel safe comfortable and happy. 10/10 guys!

A big hotel with helpful and quick staff. Overall our experience was great. When booked on low season, the value for money is also great.
We've got an issue with room service at night which forgot about our order, but they have compensated part of it, so, in general, it did not affect our experience.

Hotel far tooooooo big. Breakfast is over crowded, not normal to have to wait. Too big too crowded, this is not luxury

The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast was very good, and it had all you expect an more. The staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful.
The room is very small, no place to put the bags. The corridor leading to our room had a weird smell. The view from our room was the roof of the restaurant which was very disappointing considering the price and that the hotel had a nice location.
