This time was a very short staying so couldn t experience all the facilities but as i know the hotel all is great from recption to departure

Very comfortable room. Breakfast had an excellent, very wide choice and such a lovely place to dine in the Wintergarden. The afternoon tea was exceptional. Staff were very friendly, kind and attentive. Great, central location. I would highly recommend.
Small point, and I know is a matter of individual taste, but I found the pillows to be too soft.

This hotel was one of my routine, all the time I go for job at Amsterdam, I get use to stay there. Rooms were comfortable, enough space, with a delicious breakfast and always smile welcome staff for your needs.
This time, beside I choose a good room, unfortunately they forwarded me a very small and bad location room. Wi-fi was extremely bad. Until to the end of the night I try to survive however I couldnt. I call the reception and night duty manager (special thanks to him) has forwarded me another room. In anycase, they shouldnt do that from the beginning.
