A smart central hotel . It’s Easy to access from the train station and a reasonable walk to the famous 9 streets. Very tasty buffet breakfast in the huge winter garden room.
They were 90 minutes late with our room. But they gave us a nice free lunch in the cafe.

This would have to be the best hotel we stayed in during our 4-week holiday in Europe The breakfast offered in the Charming Character Restaurant was exceptional. The staff are extremely helpful The location is superb

I thought it was nice that they upgraded us to a Junior Suite, the location was very good and easy to use the tram system from the hotel.
I thought I had added breakfast with the room but when I found that I didn't I received an email from the hotel to upgrade to include breakfast. It took many e-mails to explain that I only needed 4 days of breakfast and once at the hotel it showed 5 days. It took three times at the concierge to straighten the problem.

The location is perfect as it puts you in the center of the city
The cleanliness needs to be better. Upon arriving we had to ask our hotel concierge to get the room cleaned again as it wasn’t up to standards.

Awkward to get to our room using the bridge & 2 elevators. Very loud on Damstraak side. Late night noise & early trash collection every morning.

Overall hotel was good. Location fantastic and cant get better. Breakfast amazing!
Severely overpriced for what it offers. The hotel charges resort-level prices without providing basic amenities like a swimming pool or kids’ club. Rooms are large but very basic, and the Grand Cafe failed to accommodate children with food allergies
