We liked the location. We liked the staff. We enjoyed the breakfast.
I was disappointed in the room. I paid for and requested a premium room (in the pictures it had a window seat so it seemed like it would be a bit larger), but I think I just got a standard room. No window seat. When I questioned it they told me it was a premium with no window seat.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Amsterdam. The beds are very comfortable, and the room service is great — it’s available online with no need for direct contact, and they’re very quick to respond.
The hotel feels old and worn out. The paint is peeling in several areas, and it clearly needs renovation and maintenance.

We loved our stay at the Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky! Wow the breakfast was the absolute highlight of our stay. Moet champagne, delicious food, and an incredible setting. The staff at the hotel were professional, friendly, and very attentive. The location is also amazing and you can walk to most of the city's highlights within minutes.
Honestly we were sad to check out and leave this lovely hotel

I initially felt disappointed with the size of the room I booked, as it was much smaller than expected. However, the staff were incredibly professional and kind — they upgraded me the next day and made sure we were fully satisfied with our stay.
Room service and housekeeping were excellent throughout, maintaining very high standards. This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe.
Prices are definitely on the higher side, but the location is excellent and convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a wonderful stay that ended far better than it started!

Amazing breakfast, can't beat the location.
We had a problem with the AC in our room. Once the hotel was notified they did fix in a timely manner but we spent one very hot night in our room. The hotel did offer us free massages at the spa for compensation.
