I totally loved my stay here. The hotel is centrally located with wonderful welcoming staff. A special mention for Catia from reception making sure your stay is one to remember. From the luxurious well appointed room to the relaxing spa where Carolina massaged my worries away. I would highly recommend a stay here. I hope to return soon. ❤️❤️

This was my second stay at Anantara Amsterdam, and it definitely won’t be the last! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with such warm and genuine hospitality that I instantly felt at home. The location couldn’t be better—right on Dam Square—meaning everything is just steps away with no need for transportation. And the room-service food? Absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to return.

The hotel is superb. Very comfortable the moment you walk in. The rooms are spacious and very well lit and very comfortable, especially the bed. . The staff is amazing, reception personnel Louisa was superb, and all others. They gave me an upgrade which added so much to the trip. A very important and central location. Ticks all boxes. I would definitely be back again.

I loved the friendly attentive on point helpful staff. Concierge is very very helpful and quick. The location is spot on , a walking distance from literally everything. The ambience of the rooms were good and the housekeeping was good. The deposit is returned INSTANTLY upon check out which I appreciated. Smooth check in / check out.
The rooms are dim. Bathroom is small. It can be loud and crowded lobby.

- The best thing was the receptionist (Kiki). She was very cute and professional, even walked me to the room herself to make it easier for me.
- The room I booked was very small, but they upgraded me to an amazing suite — really, really great.
- The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Dam Square.
- The breakfast was excellent and very diverse.
- Honestly, everything was great and enjoyable.
I would love to stay with them again.
My stay at the hotel was too short (only seven nights).

Very lovely staff
Amazing breakfast room - I felt there was a good variety of food options, attentive staff
Really lovely house keeping - few evenings left gifts on the bed which was a lovely touch
Tailors bar was 10/10 slightly pricy drinks but ambience was fantastic and bartenders were incredible
Location of this property was incredible, you step out straight into Dam square.
Rooms aren’t as spacious - but I guess you can pay for a bigger room
We asked for a double bed but got two twins beds which were put close together - which was abit annoying
TV was a nightmare - it kept coming on randomly, the channels were very limited so was just left watching the news.

We had an absolutely lovely birthday trip to Amsterdam for only an overnight stay. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is stunning inside. Was by far the comfiest bed i've ever slept in besides my own. I hope we will return one day.
