Location is good
Honestly this is the 4th time I have stayed in this hotel and this time it just wasn’t up to scratch. We paid nearly £1900 for 3 nights and it was a pretty basic sized room, old bathroom (all other rooms we stayed in had a great bathroom with rainfall shower) this room had a shower head that had no water pressure at all, the beds was rock solid I could feel the wood. It was also very noisy of a morning you could just hear the bin Lorry’s and of a night people shouting. It didn’t meet my expectations of a five star hotel. We was also charged €150 for 3 days of parking which seemed so steep. I’m not sure I would return purely based on the price doesn’t seem to match the experience.

The room was very very cold , because of the old windows that make the cold air come thru. And it was very loud, we could hear how people throwing the rubbish , because the windows are old and dont protect from sound or cold air. Breakfast was very bad experience, the staff was slow and some was not very polite. We were waiting 15min for Coffee. Old elevators that were not working properly.

I was disappointed in the room. I paid for and requested a premium room (in the pictures it had a window seat so it seemed like it would be a bit larger), but I think I just got a standard room. No window seat. When I questioned it they told me it was a premium with no window seat.

Not much I’m afraid
Felt like an airport / conference hotel on arrival w large groups milling around and many inebriated Queued for c10 mins to check in and a further 5 mins to complete the process. I was then sent to the wrong lift bank. This is an enormous impersonal bed factory w poor staff attitude and service Dirty bedroom. Two clumps of hair - one on bedroom floor and second on the bathroom floor
