A wonderful stay with a top notch hospitality from entering the hotel untill check out. The location is superb, service also amazing. Thank to mr.Hugo and team for pampering us during our stay. The breakfast was also nice, and the waitress also gave her best service. Definitely will come back again to this amazing hotel.

The location of this hotel was perfect for seeing most of the historic part of Amsterdam. We were able to walk or take the tram from close locations to everything we wanted to see. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We had a room overlooking the Dam. The sheets were scented which was a nice touch that I hadn't experienced in any other luxury hotel. The staff was all very friendly and the lobby was very welcoming. The fitness center was sufficient for a great workout.
there there a couple of things we asked for at the Concierge desk that never arrived in our room. Not a huge problem just a little disappointing.

We liked every single thing. This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in (if not the best). Very well organized staff, very kind, very polite, always smiling and greeting and so helpfull for whatever you ask (or don't ask), all of the staff is great, especially the cleaning ladies are doing an amazing job. Nice, comfortable and modern rooms, spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel is the BEST location you could have. We also got a gift from the hotel at the check out :) This hotel has everything you need, is so worthy and we are so satisfied with our choice and can't wait to come back in this hotel.

Very clean and friendly. The hotel is in the middle of the centre. Best breakfast in Amsterdam. Everything was perfect, even the parking and concierge service. Carlota was so kind and helpful that we needed to buy her a gift. Unbelievable experience. Thank you Anantara for this beautiful and perfect stay!
