LOVE this hotel. I visited with my mother who walks with a walker. They upgraded our room to accommodate her. Our room was super spacious and clean. To enter the hotel was also easy with a walker. No stairs. All in all we had a wonderful stay

The only positive aspect of this hotel was the staff. Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. They clearly understood the importance of customer satisfaction and made a genuine effort to help guests. I especially appreciated that when I requested a one-hour late check-out, it was granted without any additional charge. I also respected the way the security deposit was handled. The hotel took a €100 deposit in cash upon arrival and returned it promptly at check-out without any issues. The kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude of the staff were truly the only highlights of my stay.
The hotel is very outdated, with old and worn furniture that is in need of replacement. The location is also inconvenient, as Uber cannot access the area, forcing guests to pay around €87 for a taxi. Before arriving, I requested a quiet room, but I was initially assigned a room in a separate building, about an 8-minute walk from the lobby. After complaining, I waited nearly three hours to be moved, only to be placed in a room next to the bar. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the price paid.

Considering this crazy and loud City, this hotel is good. Great location. The staff is incredible. We were treated with wonder That said, ask questions about the air conditioning, it’s not always cold. Be aware lower floors might be influenced by noise from both trucks and people extending their evening into the morning. Thanks

Room was big enough and very clean. The first room we went in had an annoying odor, therefore they quickly changed our room. Cleanliness was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. No need to talk about the location, because we were in the heart of the city. Reception and concierge were very polite and helpful.
Bathroom was a little small compared to room’s dimension. Wardrobe was not very large, so we had to put some clothes on each other. The most disturbing scene I saw was the bakery station during breakfast. The responsibles for arranging the bread stand were not using gloves and placing the bread with bare hand. Sorry but a big “-“ for this issue. Also the omelettes should be cooked better. Even I told the chef to make it medium, he served well done.

We had a very unpleasant situation where €1,800 of my money has been kept blocked for days, even though the payment has already been charged. This caused me additional costs because I had to top up the account where my own money is currently unavailable. The money is still blocked, even though we stayed at the hotel last weekend. Furthermore, we used the hotel car service and were given a pickup spot, but nobody informed us that the location had been changed, which resulted in significant walking with an injured leg. We also asked for an earlier check-in. We were told it would be possible and that we would receive a WhatsApp message once the room was ready. We never received any message. To be fair, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is very good, and the Hungarian guy at the reception, the driver, and the staff handing out umbrellas were all very kind and professional. We also asked for an extra duvet and water, and both were brought promptly. I generally do not like leaving negative reviews, but apart from the location, the hotel is definitely not worth the money. I also hope my funds will finally be released soon. Of course, nobody has even mentioned reimbursing the extra costs their mistakes caused me.

Breakfast and staff.
Location is good if you are not planning to use taxi or uber. Because i found difficulties to hir cars from or to the hotel. My room was very small. The bath room door did not close and they only fixe it the last night of our stay.

Before this trip, I stayed in hotels in Paris, Etretat and Mont-Saint-Michel. I can say that the breakfast in this hotel was the best I’ve ever had. I have high expectations, and even considering that, this exceeded them. I would also like to highlight that the entire hotel staff is outstanding, and the service is the best I have ever experienced in any hotel.
