Located
I paid 100 £ to upgrade the room but it was the worst decision I was in the first floor and extremely noisy Expected 5 stars hotel to have double windows to isolate the noise

Breakfast was excellent. Beautiful setting and a fantastic range of food. Friendly staff were serving hot drinks and were very helpful. The location was perfect and the hotel was a quiet escape from the busy city. The weather was very cold and staff were serving small hot chocolate drinks in reception, such a lovely touch! The bed was soo comfortable and room spacious. The hotel was luxurious and worth every penny. I will definitely visit again.

I have stayed here before on a few occasions. However, the hotel has had a revamp since I last stayed there. It is absolutely stunning inside. The reception and lounge area looks amazing. The bar is also stunning and the bar staff are both very knowledgeable in cigars and whiskey, and also incredibly friendly. All the staff in the hotel were super professional and very friendly. It's a great location, located next to Dam square.
There is nothing I didn't like and that's why it gets 10/10.

I really like the location of the hotel, easy walking to different kind of attractions like the Royal Palace, museums, and the city's canals, and is also close to public transportation.
Since the hotel almost central of Amsterdam, you will notice: crowds, & Noice .

Fantastic experience all round, everyone made us feel welcome, informed and we wanted for nothing, felt like a VIP staying here. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of clothes storage with added lights! Shower was exceptional, great pressure and temperature control.
Would love it if the internal smoking area was available via the corridor entrance(towards lift 5) more times. Especially late at night but I understand if it's a staffing issue

Welcoming and very friendly staff. Cleanliness of the hotel along with the room being cleaned twice a day. Very close to all shops, restaurants, and cafe’s which doesn’t need a vehicle.
