Loved everything. The location, the people that work at the hotel, the room, the food. I had initially booked this hotel for two nights because the hotel I usually stay in in Amsterdam was fully booked. I ended up loving my stay here so much that I cancelled the other property for the rest of my stay, and booked this hotel instead. I will never stay anywhere else when I’m in Amsterdam. ❤️

It is in an ideal location. The staff were great, couldn’t do enough for you.
My only criticism ( and I know this is picky), next to the sink in the room is hand moisturiser in a pump bottle but a bar or soap. The amount of times I put moisturiser on thinking it was hand wash. Would’ve liked a pump handwashing instead of soap.

Worst luxury hotel experience I have ever had. We paid approximately €2,000 per night expecting the level of service, security, and professionalism that should come with a luxury hotel. Instead, during breakfast, my wife’s Chanel bag containing cash and bank cards was stolen inside the hotel restaurant. What shocked us even more than the theft itself was the hotel’s complete lack of concern and responsibility afterward. We received no meaningful assistance, no genuine effort to resolve the situation, and no level of care that would be expected from a hotel of this category. A guest should never have to worry about their belongings being stolen while having breakfast inside a five-star luxury hotel. The fact that this happened is unacceptable. The fact that the hotel failed to handle the situation properly is even worse. We left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and completely let down. Luxury hotels are not judged when everything goes well; they are judged by how they respond when something goes wrong. In our case, the response was extremely poor. I would strongly advise travelers to think twice before staying here and to keep a close eye on their belongings at all times, even inside the hotel. What shocked us even more than the theft was the hotel’s response. Instead of showing genuine concern, we were told that “this is Amsterdam and you should expect to get robbed.” This experience completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay in Amsterdam.

Room feels cheap the moment you walk inside it. You immediately notice how pictures in the app are overly polished to look nicer. Breakfast is nearly embarrassingly bad. Definitely not a five stars hotel overall
