Location is best. Central. All main areas are walkable. Canals. Shopping. Museums. Everything. Cleanliness was excellent. Silent rooms. Great staff, very respecting.
Hard to pick! Maybe restaurants. Though the breakfast buffet was very good.

Great location in Dam square. Our room was large, very comfortable bed, quiet and great nights sleep. Breakfast was amazing so many things to choose and staff were very helpful. Have a drink in the tailors bar again exceptional. Thank you we had a great time in Amsterdam and would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property right in the middle of the action. Literally IN Dam Square. A short walk from everything you may need. A short car ride all ‘must see’ sights. Rooms are beautiful, and well equipped with all necessities. Restaurants are Michelin Star quality. Rooms are cleaned not once but twice a day. Conceirge are unbelievably helpful. They gave us the best recommendations and booked EVERYTHING we needed including a hair and nail appointment on New Year’s Eve.
Everything was impeccable. My only disappointment is that we were not given priority for their restaurants. All Christmas lunches/brunches were fully booked, mostly by outsiders not residents. Otherwise everything was truly great.

The spa opening hours are very limited, couldn’t use the sauna. The hotels personal doesn’t know how to manage a 5 star hotel.
