Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, beautiful hotel right in the city center. I lost my parking ticket, and the staff helped me with everything.

The bed is very uncomfortable. On top of that the room was not isolated and I was given a room with street view which made it worse

This was our fourth visit to Anantara Grand Hotel. The quality of this hotel is outstanding. The rooms if you are staying are superb. The breakfast is without doubt, is world class. I would challenge anyone to find better. With a choice of restaurants, something for everyone. The other point of excellence, is the staff! Simply the best. They really try to assist guests. The location, in Dam Square opposite the Royal Palace cannot be beaten.
You would find it very difficult or almost impossible to put anything here.

I booked a Suite as we are Family of 4 for five nights. we enjoyed our stay. check-in was smooth and easy. one of the Hotel staff companied us and showed us the place and guided us to our suite. The suite was the same as the pictures in the website. plenty of room for kids to move around. room service comes daily and you can update them with your suitable time to come. the breakfast was grate with a lot of options. also housekeeping will visit you in the evening time to check if we need anything such as water and towels etc... .If you order food from outside, Hotel staff will bring the food to your room unlike other hotels. Hotel is located in the Dam Square area. everything is within walking distance.
Transportation App's such as Uber wont come to pick you up from front of the hotel. you have to go across the street for the pick up point.

The hotel room was terribly cold. The temperature in the third-floor hallway was low, but in the room it was unacceptable. I believe that a hotel of this type should ensure an appropriate temperature in the rooms. I do not recommend it.

Wonderful
We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable, making it so easy to explore the area. The entire property was spotlessly clean with great facilities, but what really stood out was the excellent service. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!
