The sophisticated finish of the property and location to walkable areas as well as canal views. The front desk staff was amazing as well as the bellman who recommended restaurants, a barber , tours and shops. Very kind to offer coffee while we waited for room to be available.
The breakfast dinning room staff is very attentive to rapidly remove plates yet never offered a refill on coffee. They are amazing and responsive when asking for something but did not proactively engage related to coffee and water refills.

Perfect location, lovely room well maintained and comfortable, lovely staff
Our room was on the 1st floor and consequently, quite noisy in the late hours of the evening.
The room was quite expensive for what we stayed in. We have travelled extensively all over the world and stayed in luxury accommodation…but this seemed more expensive than others….most likely due to the excessive tax increased as of January 1/26!

The restaurant is definitely the highlight. One of the best dinners and breakfasts ever in their Omber restaurant. Their “Good breakfast” score is underrated.

Location was great! Was so walkable and near everything. However if you do taxi it takes a while because it is in an area of one way streets.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit.
We especially loved the hotel’s location — it’s perfectly situated and very convenient for exploring the city. The view was also beautiful and added a lot to the overall experience.
The only downside for us was that the hotel rooms are quite small. With two people and two suitcases, it was a bit difficult to move around comfortably in the room.

the room was very comfortable, hotel is central but tired.
The room was not reay for us after a 20 hour flight. The hotel could not serve a sandwich at 1530hrs in the afternoon. This is not 5 star. They should be able to prepare a sandwich.

It was one of the best hotel experience I ever had. I stay in hotels for about 60 hotel nights every year, and I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The reason was the staff, not only the service level but the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. I have never experienced staying in a hotel with such a great functioning team.
I worked in a hotel for 10 years and it made me look back to that time with fond memories. I ran into various team members in the hall ways and was serviced greatly by front desk, restaurant, bar and front door men. I enjoyed all the conversations and the friendly smiles everywhere. Everyone was friendly, approachable, professional but casual. I relaxed so well and I am thankful for that.
I have tried to think of things where things could have been improved, but given how much the staff went above and beyond everything I would have expected, they are minor and something I actually appreciated and gave some colours to my stay with this hotel.

The old lady staff at the restaurant who seemed no longer inspired in her work since she was serving “stone faced” and the tone of her voice sounds flat and not proper for a restaurant that looks good and the clients it attracts are vactioners and not in business. She may be fit for transfer to another department.
