We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace. The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and offered a very comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were elegant, and the location was perfect for exploring Amsterdam.
Everything was well organized, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail, which made our stay even more pleasant.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

Location was excellent- walkable to everything
Beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious and modern, the gym is excellent!
Our room was a bit loud due to the bars across the canal…and it was exacerbated by european football playoffs.

Great overall stay. The hotel is in a very good location and conveniently close to the metro. While there may be more central options in Amsterdam, this is an excellent five-star hotel.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try the gym, spa, or sauna, but they are available on-site.
A special thanks to the lady who checked me in. I didn’t catch her name, but she was one of the friendliest and most professional people I met in Amsterdam. She explained everything clearly and made a great first impression.
The room size was reasonable. I had a minor issue with the air conditioning one day and noticed a small housekeeping issue on another, but overall the experience was very positive and I would happily stay here again.

The air conditioning was not cooling the room I talk to reception they send electric man he says it working but you should keep it open all the day this mean I keep the Kay card in hotel all the day, no body says that before in other hotels and he gives us a van.

We booked a bigger room to have more space. Looking back I would have rather booked the basic room because those had windows facing into an inner atrium which was peaceful. Our window was right above a busy street and a pub so we didnt get much quality sleep. The gigantic windows were hard to open and we had to get a support stick to keep the window up. For the money I would expect to at least get a fresh bottle of water daily but no, you only get 1 per stay. Plus our fridge was really noisy. Definitely not worth the money.
