Excellent location, a 5-minute walk from Dam Square.
Great breakfast, and the staff is lovely and very helpful.
The rooms are very dark and there is barely any lighting.
Especially in December, when there is hardly any daylight.
We were given a room on the side where there was a bar, and the noise was unbearable — we couldn’t fall asleep at night.

We had a great stay. The location is fantastic — right in the center, so you can easily walk everywhere. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was very polite, and the breakfast was truly delicious. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a place we would choose again.
