Great location, modern and clean. Nice breakfast.
Our shower was broken and the water temp
could not be adjusted (it was either very hot or hotter) we were told two times that it would be fixed but no one came. Also it’s a waterfall shower and the handheld did not work and that was also promised to be fixed but it never was. Sink drain didn’t work either - also never fixed.

Location is excellent! Close to all tourist attractions.
Slippers were available only on request. The bottle of water was empty when we arrived and we had to go to the lobby to fill it. I think that water should be filled at once and when you want to refill the bottle, you can go to the lobby.

The location was very good and very walkable to all the main attractions.
The room was very expensive (one of the nights was over 500 US Dollars), but there was a large post in the middle of the room, which was exactly as inconvenient as it sounds. In addition, the room looked out at the side of a building and had no view at all.

The property is centrally located with a lovely view of the Singel canal but only if you paid extra.
The central heating system didn’t work in our room due to a mechanical failure. The staff moved us to another room the following day. The new room smelt of sewage and again, the heating system didn’t not work correctly. We had to sleep under two duvets and have a separate heater for our duration of stay. I came home to the UK with a chest infection caught from the hotel. This hotel is too expensive for such a disappointing stay even with the discount.

Great hotel in Amsterdam.
Very central, well connected, and close to everything. Clean, quiet, and well maintained.
The staff were very polite and helpful. Nothing negative to mention ,i would definitely recommend it.
