Bad Treatment, Bad hospitality, Very Bad condition of the room & uncomfortable with surprising stairs in front of the room door. We booked a different room and the staff provided us with a bad room because they said the hotel was full which is clearly not our responsibility. VALUE IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL - No room service not even for urgent water in the middle of the night! No help to carry the luggage! Extremely unhelpful and unsatisfactory stay. Not coming there again EVER

I thought the hotel was in a great location, centrally located, easy walking distance to all the main sights. Nice quiet street far from the hustle and bustle. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
We were in a triple room. There were no electric outlets by the beds or in the bathroom. This was not very convenient when it came to using hair irons or when all three of us had to charge our phones at the same time. The hair dryer in the bathroom did not work and when it did it hardly blew out any air at all.
The cleaning staff failed to clean or replace the used coffee cups at the coffee station.
We were given only two complementary bottles of water for three people.

Most everything was great at the hotel but for a very disconcerting issue with stealing.
We stayed at this hotel spending $16,000 for the entire month of January and became friendly with a staff member whom had a day off when we checked out 1/28/25, so we left a $65 gift backpack for her with the front desk person who put it aside and promised to forward it to our intended staff member. We returned for 15 days in April, again spending $16,000 on two rooms, to find that our gift never made it into the hands of the intended person. In other words it was stolen by an intermediary.
This is unacceptable and we can never return to a hotel with thieves on their staff. Sadly the gifted did not wish for us to report it to management but I cannot hold my tongue about this issue, and am deeply disappointed by the theft, as most very staff member seemed candid and professionally nice with us.

Fabulous location! Beautiful building. Also each person in room received a voucher for wine or beer if you choose to not have housekeeping come in. We had a glass of wine each evening.
Went to the restaurant at 11:30. It wasn’t made clear that they would not take our order till noon. Very limited menu and the worst ham and cheese sandwich. Dry almost no cheese and severed mayo and ketchup on the side. Besides the restaurant I would highly recommend staying at NH.

Variable staff friendliness. Night staff seemed annoyed we were there. Daytime staff fantastic! If you get the quadruple room, tough stairs to navigate for those with mobility issues so beware.
