The location was excellent. Close to great shops and eateries but not too commercial. The room was very clean and the staff were helpful.
Would have liked some pillow options/menu and some different bedding options - like a sheet and blanket rather than the duvet. We were really hot in our room and needed lighter bedding.

Staff were super nice, the breakfast was nice as well. The hotel was well located.
The toilet wasn't super clean. But I think the worst part was how cold the room was, especially at night. We turned the heat up as high as possible and it was really cold at night. The mattress wasn't very comfortable either.

There is nothing to fault this hotel. It is in a great location close to the centre. The room was large and had a lovely outlook over a canal. The choice available for breakfast was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff were really lovely. The breakfast was very good and my request for gluten free bread was met. I had a fantastic view from my room . The location was excellent and it was easy to get around the city.
One of the rooms was a double but the layout was poor with limited space to move around. It was difficult to see the TV. The amount of storage for two people was poor.

the 2 standout points about this Hotel are (1) Location which is central and really couldn't be bettered in Amsterdam, (having stayed in several hotels there over the last 25 years) and (2) Breakfast. You are really missing out hugely if you don't opt for the breakfast. The staff are extremely helpful, proactive and look like they really enjoy their work. Sri on the "meet & greet" and the singing lady who delivers up superb Omelettes to order are just 2 examples. WE will definitely come back to this hotel for a third stay soon.
We had a super deluxe with canal view, with really comfortable bed. The room had everything to be honest, but perhaps lacked a bit of a "finishing touch" . It was a bit light on furnishings, wall prints etc, which would have greatly enhanced it.
