The location is perfect next to everything.
The staff in the reception were nice.
The cleaning, the room was dusty and even when we asked for room service they didn’t clean anything, they just put the blankets back on the bed. By mistake there was a gummy vitamins on the floor it stayed there our whole stay.
Only 1 Restaurant available and it closes early (no staff only 1 lady). The food was tasteless and slow service.

Not a dislike but a comment for improvement- only one chef and one server on duty during dinner period.
Both were struggling to attend to all of the patrons but were doing there very best

I always stay at this hotel for the past two years, due to location and friendly staff.
The A/C in our room was not working. Front desk said they were going to check it out and never did. They offered a fan, but we were headed out that day. We opened the windows but the noise was crazy.

Good location
Not a lot of “pizzazz” for what you pay. Very plain and missing a lot. For example. No water bottles in the room. Just an empty bottle which they tell you to fill yourself.
