The breakfast selection was fantastic. The roof terrace gave amazing views. All the staff were really pleasant and helpful.
The family room had a step up into the bathroom and so upon arrival my elderly mother took a fall. Luckily so significant injuries, just a shock.

We included breakfast in our stay...well worth it. Breakfast was great, fresh and plenty of choices. The location was great also.
Many reviews said snacks were provided in the libby, they really were not, water and candies were in the lobby, which is great, just curb your expectations

Location is the key reason for this hotel. Clean
We would have liked a double bed not twin. The one twin was broken noisy. And gowns don’t fit.

Clean friendly great location!
Late check-in could have been more efficient , 6am arrival 3pm checkin, we offered to pay for an extra day, but no good. Was given the wrong room until I complained, then we had a refund of 80 euros. I knew we had a late check in, but it’s not that hard to clean a room asap… is it! Overall nice
