Everything!! The little touches, shoe horn, incredibly soft fluffy slippers. Our room was the junior suite and it was fantastic!! Large, gorgeous view, windows that we could open but well sound proofed when closed. Beautiful bathroom and very comfy bed
The only negative would be that their gym was tiny, poorly equipped and clearly an afterthought

The location of this hotel is genuinely one of its strongest points — central, convenient, and hard to beat. However, that is unfortunately where the positives end.
For the price charged, the quality of service falls drastically short of expectations. I stayed for four nights in a suite, and housekeeping only visited once during my entire stay — and even that single visit was poorly done. For a suite-level booking, this is simply unacceptable.
The gap between what you pay and what you actually receive is significant. A hotel at this price point should offer consistent, attentive service — especially for suite guests. Sadly, this was not the case, and the stay left me genuinely disappointed.
I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their housekeeping standards and overall service quality. A great location alone cannot justify the cost.

Very Good
Excellent location. A lovely modern hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and the comfiest bed I've slept in for a long time.
The bar was pleasant, but the service on Saturday evening was exceptionally slow. There was only one member of staff serving, with several guests waiting to be attended to. After waiting around 15 minutes without being served, we had to leave and forgo drinks as we had a restaurant reservation to get to.
The bathroom amenities were also somewhat limited, consisting only of a shower cap and a spare toothbrush. Many hotels provide a wider selection of toiletries and complimentary items, which would have enhanced the overall guest experience.
