Location.
Carpet has stains. Someone cut nails which were left on bathroom counter. Staff are not helpful. On the day of our arrival, we found out my wife's mother passed away. We had to leave earlier for the funeral. We applied to the check out desk for a partial cancellation. They never replied. I sent messages to the manager, which were also ignored. Not nice.

Central location 10-15 mins walk from all the central places/museums we visited
Minor things like not much choice of herbal teas, rough toilet paper, minor mix up with luggage that was stored.

Breakfast was great, in a really nice spacious room, with views of the local architecture.
