Not much to dislike. The breakfast was a little pricey at over 20 euro per person.

Room and toilet was small, make sure you request for a spacious room when you book

Can't think of anything, price could always be cheaper, but enjoyed staying there!

In our pre-communication, I was told I could book a boat cruise at the hotel. This could have been my communication and our pre-made plans for dinner, but the cruise we wanted was only available at night. So we ended up walking and sorting it out ourselves.

Parking is not in the building and was tricky to find.

The staff was unhelpful AT ALL! Once we reached the hotel for check in they told us that there is no one will help us with bags.. The AC was HOT As they told us when the weather outside is cold (9 and below) the AC will not be cold! And NH was our second hotel for this trip because we stayed 3 nights before in another hotel and it was SO COLD! So its not something reliable.. And also in the check out they told us that no body will take ur bags out of the room and if you want you can come and take the trolly from the lobby to your room and take out you bags by your self!! This is not acceptable AT ALL!! Comparison with other hotels and your price? At least someone will help us with our bags!

Prices are very high

The sliding glass doors were very loud to open and close. The glass amplifies like a big drum waking people up. I would say the over sized chair is too large for the room. I would suggest two smaller more compact type along with a love seat couch. I would also suggest inexpensive Amsterdam pictures hung in the room. It was a bit sterile without them. The instructions on operating the temperature in the room made zero sense. There were no documents in the room explaining the facility, local transportation, activities in the area, shopping, restaurant options, how to travel from airport to central Amsterdam, things to see in Amsterdam and how to easily get to the location, how to use the phone, how to make local calls from room, etc. This would have very useful. No crushed ice machine. No suitcase stands In the gym, dumbbells were good, but the multifunctional machine was very out of date and not very useful. Recommend up grading. Also need 3 adjustable benches instead of two due to usage. A cool jacuzzi is not what anyone is looking for. It should have been at least 37-39c instead of 28-30c 80% of men's lockers did not function or were broke. The steam room had a hose which could not be shut off running water 24/7. A suggestion for the Garden Restaurant is to figure out a way of having the one price buffet in addition to specific order menu when one does not want to spend 26E for a bowl of cereal and orange juice. Make it more affordable to bring in more volume. The place was under utilized due to price I think. I would think you would want a line out the door to get in. Anyone thought of making egg omelets, grilled veg, fried country wedge potatoes, crepes, etc.... How about some subtle bird background sounds or water sounds as white noise, something to enhance the Garden environment.

No cleaner to clean the room even I put the pall for need cleaning…iam upset from this only
