Wonderful
We couldn't recommend this hotel more highly! It was in a fabulous location! We walked everywhere! It was easy to reach by metro and only 30 minutes from the airport. Before and after our stay, the staff have been great at communicating and helping us out! They left a lovely little treat for us on arrival, as we were celebrating a 40th birthday. The room was big enough and very comfortable for the three of us, and very quiet at night. The breakfast was excellent! They even brought out a small cake with a candle one morning! I will definitely be booking this hotel again.
In our pre-communication, I was told I could book a boat cruise at the hotel. This could have been my communication and our pre-made plans for dinner, but the cruise we wanted was only available at night. So we ended up walking and sorting it out ourselves.

Great location Lots of dining options nearby - particularly breakfasts Decor is chill. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Very good standards of housekeeping
Out room faced the main street - even on the 5th floor it was noisy with party-goers in the early hours.

The hotel is in a great location very central to all the tourists sites. Lovely hotel and rooms a good size.
The air conditioning system in the room was not working and the room was 24 degrees. Spoke to receptionist & other staff for help as it is extremely noisy if you leave the windows open. No solution found just ignored.

Nice location near the flower market lots of floral arrangements around the lifts. Nice fresh smell on the Hotel reception area.
