-Our room was clean and staff were lovely and attentive.
-Great options to rent umbrellas and bikes!
-Ordered room service one of the nights and the food was amazing :)
-opting out of daily room cleaning gets you free drinks!
I booked an Amsterdam trip as a Christmas gift to my partner and opted for a more expensive room.
These are just some minor things that we weren’t happy with but didn’t affect our stay:
-“Smart Tv” was unfortunately not very smart. It was old and outdated. It did not have anything interesting to watch, we could only find advertisements and very little channels. It had no access to internet therefore we could not screen share/Netflix etc.
-the door to our balcony was a bit dodgy and the handle would get stuck a lot :/
All and all we had a great stay but when paying for ‘superior double room’ I expected better.
