Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived until we left. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly—especially the receptionist Joseph. Restaurants and shops are all close by. I highly recommend the hotel and its location.

Perfect location, very central and everything is within walking distance. Tram is 2 mins away and is very reasonably priced for when you don’t fancy walking. The hotel is lovely, staff are exceptional. Reception staff were extremely helpful and kind, we had a minor issue with the wrong room having been allocated and it was resolved within 15 mins. We booked a room with balcony and it was so worth it - the city views are gorgeous. The room and hotel are kept immaculate. Also with the eco values of the NH group, you get a free drink in the bar for every day that you opt out of housekeeping. Bathroom supplies, slippers, tea and coffee were all lovely extra touches. Also complimentary sweets in reception for guests to help themselves.

A lovely hotel and the location was good. The staff, especially the hotel receptionists and breakfast room staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent with a good variety of choices.
Unfortunately the room was a bit boring looking and the bathroom was extremely small. The shower was over the bath and the plug hole kept blocking, causing the bath to fill up. There was no handrails on the wall to hold onto when the bath got slippy. We informed the receptionist about this issue on checking out. Also the bar closed around 10.30/11pm each night which was disappointing.

It was close to the main city center.
After asking if I can leave a day earlier I was told no without further explanation. After a loud night as my room was next to a street filled with bars I was unable to sleep and requested a room change and was denied the request. After the second night I asked again if I can switch my departure date one day earlier and was again denied without explanation. After not being able to sleep I figured I would ask if I can get into the gym earlier as it’s quite small and if I can’t sleep I mind as well get a workout in but once again I was denied the opportunity to get into the fitness center before 0700.
