The reception staff (Marc ?) were brilliant, very helpful and passionate about there hotel, the city and making sure we got what we wanted
Nothing to complain about - getting the room cleaned was a bit odd, kept coming back to the hotel mid afternoon to find we hadn't be tidied yet, still not certain what the process was.

Location:
The hotel is close to the Dam square and only 10-15 min walk to the central station. If you arrive by uber it will drop you off in a near by drop off point a block away. There is Tram, Metro, and bicycles for rental from the same hotel (19€ a day). There is multiple restaurants and cafes around the block.
Room:
We took 1 room for my partner and I which was clean, neat, and had most of what we need. The rooms are not very spacious, but acceptable. The bathroom was clean, and had all the necessities.
Food:
Our stay was breakfast included, the food was clean with wide verities. The name of each dish was clear and the allergens was noted.
Staff:
Staff very friendly and professional, prior to our arrival we requested a king size bed for our room, however it was not available, but they have provided an alternative with two single mattress joined with multiple sheets (same as king size bed) which is very appreciated from the staff as they are doing their best.
Overall the hotel has good location, nice rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff
We would recommend adding more drawers in the bed side table (as it had none)

Location to the center
I am extremely disappointed by what happened during my stay at NH Hotel.
Two of my Hermès bags went missing from my hotel room during my stay. These were not small valuables or jewellery that could reasonably have been placed in the room safe — they were handbags, and I had every expectation that my belongings would be secure inside my hotel room.
The incident was reported immediately to hotel management and to the police. The Kuwaiti Embassy also became involved. The hotel reviewed the electronic door-lock records and CCTV footage, and management confirmed to me that the footage showed me entering the hotel with one of the bags on my shoulder and that I was not seen leaving the hotel with it.
At the time of writing, the investigation is still ongoing and I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
Regardless of the eventual outcome of the investigation, having two valuable personal belongings disappear from my hotel room has completely overshadowed my stay and left me extremely concerned about the security of guests’ belongings.
I am sharing my experience because I believe future guests have a right to know what occurred during my stay.

Small room with very very low ceiling!If your height is above 1.75 will have to bend your head in the shower as the ceiling in the bathtub is extremely low!
Very noisy through the day and also at night.

Great location. Clean room. Staff friendly and happy to help. Coffee machine and tea making facilities, mini fridge. Iron. Big room.
Nothing really, the only thing I could comment on is they don’t have very many joining rooms so we ended up with 2 next to each other, no joining door. But this worked fine for us so I’m only being picky.
