Curtain was not closing properly,USB charger was not working and on smoke alarm there was a sock.

The matress of the bed was too hard,The room was not sound proof,you hear noises from outside or inside very disturbing in the night.

We had issues every single day - from arrival to our last night. First, we booked tge large suite on Booking.com because it was the only room offered with 2 twin beds instead of a King. When we checked in they said they did not have the room set up as 2 twi s but they would change it - or we could move to a smaller non-suite room w 2 twin beds but they would not refund the difference (what????) So we said make up the room while we were out that night as 2 twins. When we came back at 11 pm it was still 1 king with an extra blanket. The next morning we asked what happened and they looked at us like we were crazy. That day while we were out sightseeing, they actually changed the top mattress so it had 2 separate beds snd it was now 2 twins. But even we came back at 4:45 pm after sightseeing since 9 am, they had not cleaned the room at all. The dirty towels were still on the floor where we left them and the garbages were full etc. We went snd got clean towels, but the room was not clean. Then they sent soneone up with s note saying sorry for all of our issues and a little box. Inside the box were 3 hard candies that they have st the front desk for all hotel guests! I have never seen such s cheap attempt to assist 2 very frustrated guests! The next day we again left about 9:30 am and returned at 4:45. That morning we put the green light on outside the door (as they told us to do the evening before) to indicate we wanted the room cleaned. Again, the room had not been cleaned after we were out all day. When we again went to the desk they said the housekeeping staff was busy and would clean it now. Really bad service and no attempt to offer any even minor token to indicate they were sorry - such as a voucher for a drink at the bar, another packet of 5 cookies that were left in the room on the day of arrival or anything. The front desk staff were all young and did not seem to understand how to offer us anything to help.
