The staff were super nice. They show a great attitude with smiling and are really willing to help. The room was comfortable and the bathroom spacious.
They make you pay an extra fee for the dog, around 25 to 30 euros per night, which I wouldn’t mind if he’d at least get a bowl to drink water with ? It’s like paying for him to just sleep on the floor, paying for his presence. Problems with their parking system during the exit are to bet noted to. We had to wait in the car while one of us had to go back to the hotel. Other than that, great experience.

Accessiblity is terrific in this hotel. No stairs to enter and lifts to the rooms. The location is very good. Very suitable for an older traveller
Just one occasion the room hadn"t been cleaned when we had been expecting but it was rectified very shortly

The staff are nice
The room was noisy and the bathroom was not clean, bathtub takes forever to drain so you shower in filthy water and the shower head was rusty or dirty. And nobody helped with my bags!

the room was clean but the houskeepers took a while to get to all the rooms even though the dnd was off and the please make up my room was on. In the morning, we'd leave and come back at around noon, assuming that our room would have gotten cleaned, but sometimes it wasn't even cleaned yet. That was my only gripe with the whole hotel. Otherwise, the stay was good.
