missing water and coffee capsules while staying longer and refusing to get cleaning room - hotel app for ordering extras didn't work on my phone (error)

Great location, within walking distance of the canals and museums of Amsterdam, as well as the station. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and in Rembrandtsplein.
The hotel was very quiet and comfortable, and there was a great choice on the breakfast buffet.

The staff were lovely, excellent location, large room with great amenities.
The room could be a bit noisy at times, espescially from the noise outside, but not much the hotel can really do about that.

The room was lovely and clean, facilities in the room were great, we were on the 7th floor and had a balcony which had great views, staff were very attentive, hotel was beautiful,

Clean tidy stuff so friendly and helpful! Beautifully decorated! And the personal touches were lovely to sweeties and fresh water and such a good location
