Very Good
The bad was hard so we got pillow top. And it was very coold in the shower so we got heater...
So the service was excellent.
The room cleaning was very late like 17:00. Not nice.
A tooth pike fall on the floor was there for three days before was removed....

The location was absolutely perfect right near by all the main attractions.
The staff was kind and always reacted fast to any requests we had.
The fitness gym at the hotel is tiny.

We absolutely loved the location, friendly staff, decor and general ambiance of the hotel and the area. We have a room on a high floor with a balcony that we loved as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The beds were quite firm but comfortable enough. I think the tub/shower is an accident waiting to happen as it was so slick and could cause an accident.

Perfect location (even though there’s some work going on at the flower market).
Our room was quiet, lovely, spotless, with in-room amenities (coffee and tea, toiletries, slippers, a minibar…).
No issues whatsoever with hot water or water pressure (which we have had previously at other hotels in Amsterdam).
Friendly and kind staff; we were assisted whenever needed.
Breakfast buffet is tasty and carries a great variety for every taste.
The restaurant and bar is a good choice for dinner and to grab a drink.
Oh! And the hotel is pleasantly scented!

Pleasant
Our room was on the back side, and even 6 floors up, it was too noisy to sleep. Drunken tourists yelling until the small hours every night, and the windows are not tight enough to exclude the noise. Nice central location near Rokin, but this is the downside.

It was surrounded by a lot of places to eat and shop and the breakfast was excellent.
The whole way on the third floor stunk like perfume over a molding smell

Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived until we left. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly—especially the receptionist Joseph. Restaurants and shops are all close by. I highly recommend the hotel and its location.

It was close to the main city center.
After asking if I can leave a day earlier I was told no without further explanation. After a loud night as my room was next to a street filled with bars I was unable to sleep and requested a room change and was denied the request. After the second night I asked again if I can switch my departure date one day earlier and was again denied without explanation. After not being able to sleep I figured I would ask if I can get into the gym earlier as it’s quite small and if I can’t sleep I mind as well get a workout in but once again I was denied the opportunity to get into the fitness center before 0700.

Very clean, comfortable, roomy (for Europe) and modern. Great shower and great beds.
Not much to dislike. The breakfast was a little pricey at over 20 euro per person.
