Everything - the staff was great and they always tried to assist with any problem that I raised, the room (junior suite) was beautiful!, the breakfast was very good as well.

The hotel is close to everything and is decorated really nicely. The staff is kind and charming and responds to every request.

Location was great. Lots around to see and do. Love the flower mkt. Hotel was beautifully decorated
The breakfast was expensive and not worth it. Alot of empty areas where food should have been refilled and it wasn't. Eggs were cold and stuck to bottom of pan. Wouldn't recommend it

Extremely small toilet and bath.
They charged me for something I didn’t have from the mini bar because they didn’t bother to send someone to check and I had to pay since I was in hurry and wouldn’t argue for 5€

Breakfast menu was very good.
-There are mosquitoes/ insects in the hotel , it might be due to the location beside the water canal and flower market.
-i asked for late check out , they gave me one only, and that was for 18 euros.
