The room was spacious as it was a family room but it didn't feel closed in by the various beds. We had a great view of the clock tower from our room and overall it was quiet but you did hear some noise from the street below. It provided easy access to public transportation and walking to all the sights.
The restaurant had a limited menu but the staff was all very pleasant and efficient. The hallways were very dark and moody and could have used more light.

The hotels location is excellent. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, professional and kind. The rooms are very nice. The water that you have out for guests is in a great location.
The hotel on the far left side was in and out of operation so it made getting into the elevator when it was operating a little uneasy. If the other two elevators were operating, we would take those.

We got down graded into a smaller room (18 sqm instead of 27), the staff claimed since it was the same price then they can do it. They didn’t offer anything in return, the room was terribly small for us, had some small bugs and not that clean.

Location:
The hotel is close to the Dam square and only 10-15 min walk to the central station. If you arrive by uber it will drop you off in a near by drop off point a block away. There is Tram, Metro, and bicycles for rental from the same hotel (19€ a day). There is multiple restaurants and cafes around the block.
Room:
We took 1 room for my partner and I which was clean, neat, and had most of what we need. The rooms are not very spacious, but acceptable. The bathroom was clean, and had all the necessities.
Food:
Our stay was breakfast included, the food was clean with wide verities. The name of each dish was clear and the allergens was noted.
Staff:
Staff very friendly and professional, prior to our arrival we requested a king size bed for our room, however it was not available, but they have provided an alternative with two single mattress joined with multiple sheets (same as king size bed) which is very appreciated from the staff as they are doing their best.
Overall the hotel has good location, nice rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff
We would recommend adding more drawers in the bed side table (as it had none)

In a great location very close to Rembrandtplein station and walking distance to many sites. A very nice hotel to stay in.
Not much to dislike to be honest. Would recommend it again.

1. The front desk staff needs to be more experienced, we had an issue during our stay, and their reaction was keep saying they were sorry, which did not solve the problem, it took us talking to many people, and telling them what to do, until it was resolved.
2. The house keeping service was too slow, we would leave the ‘clean my room’ sign on, and we would return 5 hours later, and the room was not cleaned, on two days I had to contact the front desk to have house keeping service while we waited in the lobby.

We had a really lovely stay! The staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent and absolutely delicious, and everything in the room was very clean. The beds were also extremely comfortable.
For an additional €5, you can have breakfast delivered to your room, which is a really nice option if you feel like having a more relaxed morning.
The only thing that bothered us was that, after having breakfast in the room, we called reception and asked if someone could collect the tray and plates, but unfortunately no one came. It’s possible there was some misunderstanding about which room we were calling from, but since staff members were passing by our room during the day, we expected that someone would eventually notice and collect it.
Apart from that small issue, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay.

I really appreciated the reception staff and their willingness to help me. They were friendly, professional, and did their best to assist me whenever I needed help.
I am very disappointed with the room service. When I came back to my room, I did not expect to find it in this condition. There was food left on the floor, the slippers had not been properly arranged, and the room had not been cleaned to the standard I expected.
Unfortunately, the same issue happened twice, even after I had already made a complaint about it. I find this extremely disappointing, especially for a hotel of this standard.
This experience has left me with a very bad impression of the hotel and has significantly affected my overall stay. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects their room to be properly cleaned and maintained.
