Entrance a bit grim - especially outside
Bed not very comfortable also pillows.

Kahvaltisi guzel
room facilities was for 1 person, receiption was not friendly, we stayed 1 night with child and they gaved us street side on 3rd floor where people were shouting outside all night

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night before a flight home. We were upgraded to a premium room which was on the 5th floor. Room was very spacious with a huge comfy bed. The Spanish gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming, and gave us a suggestion for a local restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was excellent too, plenty of choice and friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location, will definitely stay again on my next trip to Amsterdam!
