Great location and close to the city centre. Mariam at reception was brilliant and very helpful. We also were upgraded to Canal and Mint Tower View which was nice. Also early check in and late check out.
Room cleaning wasn’t very good and house keeping staff need to be trained better. Breakfast could’ve had some vegetarian/vegan sausages.

It was an excellent location to get to any part of the city. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious and the overall vibe was amazing.
The only thing we didn’t like was the TV. Very few channel options but such a minor thing considering how little we were actually in the room.

Great location in the flower market and easy to get to all areas of the city. The hotel was very clean and modern and smelled like fresh flowers everyday. The hotel lobby always had fresh water with mint in it and yummy candy treats for guests. We had a wonderful view from our balcony and we felt very cozy in the space. Another bonus is, if you choose to be green during your stay (not have your towels replaced- no cleaning), then you are given a drink coupon for the bar attached to the hotel, which was a very nice option to have. We very much enjoyed our stay here.
Everything was pretty great, the only learning curve was the shower. There is a glass partition to keep the water in, but it moves. And there is no signage to indicate that you need to keep the glass partition at an inward angle, otherwise the bathroom will become covered in water. Learned that one the hard way. By the time my husband took his shower, we figured it out- but how were we supposed to to know?
