I did not like the tax payment as it is very high, which it has shown during the hotel reservation, 90 euro!!!,

The room was spacious as it was a family room but it didn't feel closed in by the various beds. We had a great view of the clock tower from our room and overall it was quiet but you did hear some noise from the street below. It provided easy access to public transportation and walking to all the sights.
The restaurant had a limited menu but the staff was all very pleasant and efficient. The hallways were very dark and moody and could have used more light.

The location
Dark and low ceilings with no light - our ‘premium room’ was a dungeon. Next to the gym, we could hear weights being dropped. The shower (not always available), like other NH hotels was a trickle. I should have known when we received all kinds of missives about room choices.

The hotels location is excellent. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, professional and kind. The rooms are very nice. The water that you have out for guests is in a great location.
The hotel on the far left side was in and out of operation so it made getting into the elevator when it was operating a little uneasy. If the other two elevators were operating, we would take those.

I really liked the location and the hotel itself. The staff were very friendly and the reception worked very efficiently. It was also a nice touch to have water and a small sweet treat available on arrival.
We were very happy with our room. This was our third stay and, for the first time, we received exactly what we had requested: a quiet room facing the patio. Room was genuinely quiet and very comfortable.
Breakfast was tasty and varied, with plenty of options for everyone. The coffee was also good, and it is possible to order an omelette from the staff.
There are just a few small things that could be improved. At breakfast, guests are not informed that they can order an omelette, so you simply have to know that this option is available.
The hotel also offers drink vouchers when guests choose not to have their room cleaned. However, it would be helpful to explain more clearly that the relevant sign needs to be displayed from the previous evening rather than being put out in the morning. Because of this, we did not initially receive our voucher and had to ask for it at reception.
We also experienced some minor Wi-Fi issues, although these were resolved.
Overall, these were only small inconveniences and did not significantly affect our stay. We were very satisfied with the hotel, which is why we still gave for this stay a 10/10.
