Close to the city center.
After 12:00 at night you cant ask for anything as the stuff arent available.
I was n need to ear plugs as there is construction site close to us. I called the reception and the one who was there answered me: we cant accommodate this request at the moment.

Hotel very clean, lovely staff, good breakfast,excellent location- right in the heart of a buzzing square but you couldnt hear a thing when in your room. Fab shower! Really easy to navigate and cheap to get around the city and area. Seriously impressed with the public transport system.
No issues to address. Ideal for a short break. Can recommend

Good location in the centre of Amsterdam.
Staff is friendly, hotel is clean and comfortable.
Fresh flavoured water and sweets in the lobby were always appreciated every time we came back from a visit.
The shower is extremely slippery.
The hotel is located on a square full of bars and restaurants, therefore it gets very noisy until late at night. The hotel provides ear plugs but unfortunately this is only of little helps.
