The hotel is located in a nice quiet area, a large grocery store is a few hundred meters away. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The beds are comfortable. You can also rent bikes from the hotel for a reasonable price.
At times the room was too dark and the window could be opened.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient public transportation, i.e. Bus 62 stops right outside. The reception staff were consistently friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.
However, the room-cleaning service needs better organisation. During our first four‑night stay, the room was unexpectedly cleaned on the first morning but not on any of the following days. On our second stay of three nights, we were asked to choose a preferred cleaning day and requested service on the second morning, yet the room was not cleaned at all during the entire stay.

Location. Evening sun in front of the hotel. Large parks nearby. A pleasant 25-minute bike ride to the city center.
The room was not cleaned for 3 days. The first day was OK, but on the following days a cleaner should have come. The room ended up being dirty. Otherwise, I was very, very satisfied with your hotel.

Located at a calm area, but close to Zuid. Convenient location close to Gelderlandplein too.
Rooms are big and clean, the floor looks a bit damaged but that’s not a problem.
What I enjoyed most is how the breakfast was unique. Haven’t seen such variety outside the “basic” propositions in other hotels except in this one. Very nice!
The shades in the rooms were quite damaged, no issues but might be good to have new ones

The property was very clean — no dust anywhere! The spaces were also free of clutter. There is a nice, high-end shopping centre just a few minutes walk away. It has lots of nice restaurants. Because it isn't in the city centre, it's much calmer and less stressful.
I was satisfied with my stay. The property is much better value than comparable hotels in the city centre.
