They made me guest of the day, what’s not to like? It was a small gesture but made me incredibly happy. Also a very nice bed and clean room (no dust allergies).
It wasn’t clear to me that parking wasn’t included in the price.

Reception and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful
Room was spacious and so was bathroom
linen was fresh
the 62 bus stops right outside the hotel, is 100% punctual and gets one to and from RAI station and the 4 tram into the center of Amsterdam. Cheaper and effective place to stay for business and tourism than in the city centre
the room was cold and I was unable to warm it up
the breakfast was adequate, but not exceptional

Very spacious rooms, reflects what is shown on the website. The staff greeting at reception was welcoming and informative. The best part for me has to be meeting the Chef Herman. He made us feel as if we had our very own personal chief. He made me the best omelette and prepared the softest waffles I have ever eaten accompanied by delightful toppings so beautifully designed. For this very reason I will be returning. Thank NH for looking after us. All the best for 2026.x.
Location requires using public transport. Views from the rooms were of a block of flats.

Clean modern mini fridge in room - bar was ok but it closed early no information on the food offered! They try and sell breakfast but don’t update you on lunch and dinner!
The shower pressure was ridiculous it was the worst ever - if you move the shower down the pressure was completely gone!
