Nightmare and becarful how they use your credit card nightmare that after one month never end
My 3 night stay in nh amsterdam zuid become a nightmare Which I don't see the end I was very sweet and left them Tim on the second day some women in desk behave so rude and nasty she says I can't stay and a moment after she says yes and chraed my credit card without showing me becuse ut was in the system I complain to jekky the menger and she promise me it us OK without letting me know they blocked a big amount of money the first hotel who did it and lied to me it is like this in the nedeland which all the others hotels did not do it for one second and they did not let me know One month after they don't replace the basement they put a big charge with no explanation I can not use my credit card I have health problem since then and I waste a lot of money to call them Each day new story one wait 10 days after we realise I had to investigate it by my self and only relase one night I lost faith in hotels and afraid to use a credit card and everything I call they say we realise and one day that their hotel has bank in Spain and they can't reach them they don't know how to contact their own money department or let me to taik to them even I sent them approve they put my money like a charge even I oay all one month ago Now I have to take a lawyer don't even get close they blocked you with not telling you even lied to me when I was their and had bed feeling from the best trip of my life to faro ilends also I have now no ability to use credit card belive in hotels and I was in Sherston and hilton all trip It was a curse to go this hotel also bed rooms but this is not the issue one month after my blocked still in valid and no body their help they say they don't block even showing them evidence and last week they admit they block It's a nightmare that still one month not end its like u deal a place in Africa and not in the neaderland

my pre booked can went to another guest and we were 15 minutes late to our first 8:00 am meeting as staff had to call another cab. the process for getting the invoice done took nearly 20 minutes at check out, although I had provided a business card with my full details the night before.

Quite clean rooms
Booked 2 rooms and you had no free parking I had to pay extra 20 euros...Staff was rude and unhelpful and didn't care...Havent stayed in worse very long time...came to celebrate my 40s bday and this was very bad choice for me...Definitely not coming back to that hotel...Very disappointed

Despite being well away from the city center ( I already knew it), it has a safe location in a pleasant place. The structure of the hotel is good and also the cleanliness
I paid for a double room, however they put two single beds together, and individual blankets, which was quite uncomfortable for the couple and also for their backs due to the seam between the two beds. The noise coming from the other rooms was quite loud and uncomfortable, we didn't have a problem as people didn't make much noise, however we could hear everything from the room next door.

Exceptional
The room was clean and good decor. It had a spacious bathroom. The hotel itself is quite modern and lovely staff. Our check in and check out were both fairly quick.
The location. We had to take a bus and metro to go to Amsterdam center. However is not the worst thing in the world. Its only an inconvenience when its raining.
