Location was great - tram station just steps away, easy walk to both neighborhood restaurants, tourist areas.
Room had nice touches like safe, magnify mirror, slippers.
We did the breakfast buffet which was convenient and good. Lots of options and very nice and attentive servers. Front desk was very helpful.
Bathroom shower did not drain well- shower floor/pan was not deep so water ran out easily. Had to put down a towel along the edge to keep water from getting all over the floor. Hooks in bathroom are very high.

Good location and clean
Staff offered free drink when not using room cleaning daily. We put our card up for no cleaning but got no free drink token. On asking I got no help with this !!

On Monday and Tuesday much improved breakfast service and it seemed like someone was leading the team . A different experience to Sunday thankfully.
Breakfast service poor on Sunday 29 March . Seemed like no one in charge. Had to ask for plates and glasses to be brought to breakfast area . Staff should have seen this . Had to ask for scrambled eggs to be replenished. Staff should have been more tuned in and on top of their job .

Perfect stay at NH Schiller Amsterdam, ideally located right on Rembrandtplein in the heart of the vibrant city centre. Despite the lively surroundings, the room was quiet and peaceful, and we slept very well. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional — truly outstanding service, highly recommended!

Pleasant
Location is close to the main attractions in Amsterdam, easy to reach by foot or metro and have a variety of restaurants and bars nearby. Comfortable bed and good breakfast, but not very varied. Friendly staff and good cleaning services.
Hotel is quite old and needs some renovation, with dirty walls, standard rooms are very small, the appliances old, the windows are not sound proof and lobby needs a little work done. Because the windows are not ermetic and frames are made out of wood, it can feel chilly on colder nights and you can't turn up the thermostat, only down.

Nice hotel. Central location. Comfortable bed.
The only thing I didn't like was the entering my hotel room and having a set of stairs to go down. Not so easy with heavy luggage.

Great location with great rooms and en-suite staff were very friendly and helpful
The small amount of refreshments in the room we have 1 breakfast tea bag when I went to reception they brought another 2 so I had to visit reception every day to receive 2/3 teabags and this made me feel uncomfortable
Also we were advised if we didn’t require the room cleaning each day we could have 2 drinks vouchers 1 each which said enjoy a drink on us when we went to the bar we were offered one type of bottled beer which was awful!
Please make the terms and conditions clear as this was annoying
