There was a mouse in our room. When we brought it to their attention, they moved us to another room. Not terribly concerned about it. The front desk staff was disorganized. If I ran a hotel and a customer had a rodent in their room, I would have comped them and moved them to a nicer room. I would not recommend this property.

The location was great, within walking distance to a number of interesting places. We did have a balcony room which overlooking the square.
Staff were not very friendly and seemed uninformed about operations. The concierge was not helpful at all, and could not recommend places to eat or drink. We were charged for hotel and then they changed additional $ for bed and breakfast. We checked out at 6 am the last day and they still charged us for bed and breakfast even though we checked out before the breakfast was available. When I questioned the charges, the night staff said they could not help me, I had to talk to the day manager l. But I was leaving before the manager began work. They gave me the impression, they were going to ignore my issue. The night staff didn't want to provide me a bill, but i forced the night staff to print out a partial bill, but never got a final bill via email. Bad customer service. I don't think I should have been charged for breakfast the last day, because it was not avaliable when I checked out. The bed and breakfast charges were excessive given what was provided. I would not recommend staying there to anyone.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Location of hotel was very central and walkable to key sights.
You could hear the club music playing until 5 am over weekend which was tough to get a good night sleep. Room was small, but we were thankful to check in early.

Great location and very friendly staff.
Our room was extremely small which was uncomfortable. Also on the 2nd floor you have limited privacy as other houses can see into your room (and you into their homes) - when we stayed the 2nd time we had a more space on the 5th floor and a decent view with privacy/

Location is excellent - close to just about everything and located on Rembrandtsplein which is very festive but not raucous.
The staff are also lovely, really helpful and efficient. The breakfast and bar area is a perfect spot for people watching - highly recommended for a city break
Ubers cannot drop you at the hotel which makes travelling with luggage a challenge - its a short walk but not an easy one - especially in bad weather

Location is great - very close to the tram station. The room is very nice - big enough for us (family of 3) with comfortable beds. The staff are also nice - they are very helpful and kind.

Good location. About a 10 minute walk from Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum. Lots of eatery options as well. Also close to night life if that is something you want.
Only two doors down from a club; was ok on a weekday but can still hear the music. I can imagine weekends could be loud.

The room I've got wasn't convenient at all, steps up right in the front of the entrance, a very narrow bathroom, which I could hardly enter, the toilet was near the wall and difficult to sit on, especially at nights when I had to go upstairs from the bedroom to reach the bathroom.. Strange and not very nice experience considering the price per night..
I have to say though, the staff was wonderful and the location is perfect!
