Great location in Amsterdam, if you don’t mind some outside noise at night. So vibrant and full of energy. Loads of cafes and restaurants as you step out of the hotel. Kind and friendly staff. The room had a nice balcony with seating area with the Rambrandt square view.
There was outside noise late at night from outside which we didn’t mind. The room is too small for a couple and we could barely move. Would be great to add some kind of ramp in front of the hotel entrance. Was a bit uncomfortable for us carrying a heavy luggage over steps, checking in and checking out.

Nice historic building with a great location in front of a square, so close to busy areas all around but at the same time safe and quiet. Comfortable room with everything you need.

Almost center of Amsterdam, close to the metro and tram stops. Rembrandtplein poses multiple options of drinks and food
The room was absurdly small, even for single person room this was a nightmare.

Location
The Junior suite has a really large bed, good matress. There is also an unfoldable sofa.
The Guy from the réception gave me wrong information on how to reach Rijksmuseum (take tram 14 for one stop to Waterlooplein).
The tv set does not work or does not have stable signal.

The location was excellent to connect to the trans. There is a lot to do around the area. Easy access to all area's.
The staff member informed us we had breakfast included with our stay. On the first morning we were approached in the breakfast room only to be told in front of all the other guests that breakfast wasn't included. Very embarrassing.

This hotel has it all.
Excellent location, lovely clean rooms, very comfortable beds, really friendly and helpful staff.
This is the third time we have stayed here, and will come back every time we visit Amsterdam.

Everything was fine - location and room and the staff were particularly helpful, friendly and courteous
The commons parts are tired and some doors are tatty - the lifts are very small and old, and the third floor doors are heavy and don't have a clean feel.
There was a lot of outside noise from the square during the night which disturbed our sleep.
