Location is excellent - close to just about everything and located on Rembrandtsplein which is very festive but not raucous. The staff are also lovely, really helpful and efficient. The breakfast and bar area is a perfect spot for people watching - highly recommended for a city break
Ubers cannot drop you at the hotel which makes travelling with luggage a challenge - its a short walk but not an easy one - especially in bad weather

The location is awesome, just like breakfast and the staff, the single rooms have a great layout and are super warm cozy. The single beds are big which gives a royal feel. Bathroom is also well equipped and comfortable
The mattrass was awful for me, this of course is very personal, someone else might love it. The pillows were a lot of fluff without any real support. The bedding had holes in it.

Friendly service and a perfect location. We didn't use many other services, but I think its a good spot if you want to stay close to the action, everything is walking distance.
There is little to complain about.
