We had a lovely couple of nights here and were very kindly given an upgraded room as we were celebrating our anniversary. The staff were very nice and the shuttle service was really helpful and responsive. We would happily stay again especially with the ease of getting into the centre.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and taxi requests were handled promptly. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the ferry port, which was a key factor in choosing it despite its location in the Nord district. Transportation is convenient, with a bus stop and metro station nearby.
The breakfast menu remained unchanged for 10 days. Having stayed at many hotels, I've noticed a slight change in the buffet menu around mid-week, but this hotel hasn't had a single change, so I was a bit taken aback. For long-term stays, the breakfast buffet could get boring if it's consistently the same.

I liked the shuttle bus provided as the hotel was further out of the city centre than anticipated!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, I really liked the big room too!
The hotel was further out than expected but it was alright as the hotel provided a free shuttle bus service to the ferry into the Central station.

My room card was blooked before the last night with the claim of open payment for breakfast & parking (1 day prior checkout). I went to sleep on a couch in the lobby while my suitcase was in the locked room. I refused the order of the security to leave so they called the police… which permitted me to stay in the lobby (it was 4am and the manager will arrive at 7am). In total that weekend i had 6 rooms. Top service! My advice is to stay away

Conspicuously clean rooms and very friendly staff. The location is great for visiting Amsterdam city centre.
The bed size was great, but the mattress was a bit too firm.

It was a lovely, spacious room, the fridge was a nice addition. There was a lot of storage space and the black out curtains made sleep perfect. We enjoyed the free drinks after taking the green option and not having our room cleaned.

The hotel is very well located in a residential area, away from the main tourist spots, is well equipped and clean. It is also a quiet hotel, not much noise so, good for resting.
