Has everything you need + more, comfy beds, good bathroom facilities, friendly staff, room service etc. There is an option to get a free drink token if you opt to not get your room cleaned on that day. I didn't use the vouchers, but its a great idea, they entitle you to a soft drink, a small beer or a house glass of wine, all from the bar. Also the little self service shop is great, although a little expensive. Good food options close by also. I didn't eat at the hotel once so can't comment on the food. There is even an ice machine on every floor
The fridge in my room made some crazy popping noises in the middle of the night waking me several times. The external noise is non existant from traffic etc, but internally could be better shielded.

Bed was comfy, hotel was clean in a quiet area, a shuttle bus was working from 8:00 to 23:45 to deliver to the ferry, the bus drivers were very polite and friendly,all staff was very nice

I liked that it was gated and the room exceeded our expectations. I already had a reservation for Saturday, but booked a room last minute for Friday. Deavany was able to check us out Saturday morning and recheck us in for our Saturday stay into the same room. We loved that there was a shuttle service to the ferry. After exploring Amsterdam on Kings Day, that shuttle service came in handy at the end of the day!
Not that we didn’t like the property, we absolutely loved it, but the beds were super firm.

Cleanliness, shuttle service (would have liked to be shuttled from the airport, food was excellent! Staff was helpful, secure location.
Lack of lighting and mirrors in the bedroom and bathroom. We would recommend a special room be set up with better lighting for seniors and those with a vision compromised. There was a lack of electrical outlets so difficult to do more than one thing at a time.

The pillow were to soft for me. Green area at the front of the hotel were dirty.
