Excellent staff! Polite and very friendly. They helped us book museum tickets, recommended restaurants, and were always very amiable. This hotel has an wonderful eco-friendly housekeeping system: we kept our room tidy and received bonuses for it
When we reserved the hotel via the Booking, there was no mention of additional daily city taxes, which ultimately significantly increased the cost of the stay. This came as a surprise—though the issue lies more with the booking operator than the hotel itself.

Bed very comfy and the room was clean, large and just what we wanted for a short stay. Location was great as close enough to the city centre via a quick ferry crossing

The pleasant room I got when I asked for a room where the window could actually be opened (which seemed not to be the case in the first room I got).
The location is not very cosy and the entrance through a gate and then across a car park emphasizes this. It is not a supercharming hotel but fairly quiet, fine for 1-3 nights but less suitable for a week or so I’d say.

We had breakfast, and it was very good. The rooms are clean, and although the hotel is a little far from the ferry, they provide free transportation to and from the ferry terminal, which makes it feel much closer.

The hotel was managed by friendly a helpful staff. As we entered the lobby we were greeted with flavored water and small treats which was a bonus as we were in Amsterdam during a record heat wave. Rooms were clean and provided a comfortable place to regroup for our stay.
The issue we had (and it was minor) was the miscommunication (at times) between the front desk and th shuttle drivers. There were a few occassions when we called for a pickup, but the driver was not imformed in a timely manner. Not a huge issue, but an area that can be improved.

The shuttle bus was invaluable. Clean hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. A Fridge in the room was very useful.
