Staff at hotel were nice, room looks alot smaller then they do on booking.com. Paid for 2 single beds, and got 1 double

Very good location, one dan take the free shuttle bus to the ferry, but later at night one can also come back from the ferry walking, a 15 min walk, the area is safe. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, great kingsize bed!
The bathroom is clean and modern but quite small, with very little space to put one’s toilet bag etc.

Very polite staff, room was exceptionally clean. The shuttle bus to and from the ferry is great. It felt safe and secure with the gates and fence
On arrival it wasn’t clear how to get into the hotel without a key card

The place was serene and comfortable with easy access to Centraal.
The receiption staff Ms. Priya was very rude and prejudgemental. Guess she doesnt like Indians living in the hotel.
We had extended our stay and paid for extra 5 hrs,
But this receptionist had the audacity to threaten us that security would kick us out even though we informed the reception we are checking out.
Just to be clear we hardly took ten minutes more than the extended time to reach the reception.
Until the threatening by this female,
We were to give excellent rating to the place.
But unfortunately because of this incident, i wouldnt recommend any of my family or friends to stay at the hotel.
