Everything was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again! A special compliment to the driver of the hotel’s complimentary shuttle bus — the gentleman with curly hair — who was extremely kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The attention and anticipation of the staff went above and beyond the usual. The room had a HUGE bed along with a built-in for clothes and suitcase storage. The bath was clean and modern. The bonus was WASHCLOTHS (Americans). The provided shuttle made access to Amsterdam Centraal especially easy. The bar/restaurant food was high quality and delicious.

The location was great, it was quiet and had plenty of places to eat. The free shuttle to the quay (to catch the free ferry) was absolutely fab. Very comfortable large bed and fridge were great!

We loved staying here so much! 1000% would stay there again! We thought we’d booked a twin room for me and my sister but found out it was a double room. The staff were fantastic and were able to change our room to a twin room. We were round the back and heard no noise from outside we had the best nights sleep! The room was huge and had everything we needed. It was such a lovely hotel! There was a metro 12 mins walk away in to the centre and a bus a 5 mins walk away that regularly ran to the train station.
Nothing at all it was fantastic!

Plumbing made odd noises during night and there was a cockroach in our room. We didn’t complain as just put it out of window.

Friendly staff and a good sized room. The free shuttle bus to the port was a great facility and the free ferry across to Central Station was a novelty.
The fridge wasn't working so we couldn't keep our water, juices, yogurts cold

Very clean, and the beds were very comfortable free shuttle bus up to the ferry crossing which was great
The extractor fan was not working in our bathroom, so the bathroom was always very steamed up for along time ,I did report it but it wasn't fixed room 191

The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The staff were helpful and we were able to securely store our luggage free of charge at the hotel after check out. The drinks and sweets in reception were a nice touch. The shuttle bus to the ferry was handy.
