Disappointing
The location is good and the hotel offers a shuttle to the ferry every few minutes.
The facilities. And the treatment provided by the staff was awful.

Location was seamless and shuttle drivers very efficient
Breakfast was 20 euro each and was mediocre! Had better at continental inclusive breakfast hotel. Staff at pub in evening were rude and food was awful!d well for our visit to Amsterdam.. I would not eat there however sandwhich and coffee in cafe was great

So clean like new. Friendly staff. Nice bar and restaurant. Perfect shuttle service on demand, took 5 minutes to central station.

the kindness of the staff, the variety of breakfast, the effort to protect the environment. the pleasant surprise on my birthday with the kind chocolate wishes and the offer of drinks for me and my company.
the only drawback is the distance from the center of Amsterdam and the attractions, which they successfully address by running the hotel's minibus to transport customers to the pier with the ferries that cross the canal, also free of charge, and disembark at the train station. Personally, I particularly liked the process because it gave me the opportunity to experience the daily life of the local residents of the area. finally the cost of accommodation which is much more affordable than similar hotels in the center.

I liked that there was a shuffle bus from the ferry to the hotel and room was clean.
I couldn't find the front door and when I rang the doorbell, it didn't open. I saw a guest coming out from inside, and they opened the door for me.

Staff was excellent and breakfast was very good
The shower is too messy. Water splatters everywhere. Enclose it all and provide a fan to evacuate moisture.

The room was well appointed and comfortable. The shuttle service was excellent and we used it often. The staff assisted us to book a taxi on the last morning when we were leaving and we needed to get to the airport too early for the shuttle.
The only one point I found a bit strange which I would like them to consider is the fact that we had to ask every day for two bath towels. Our room only ever had two hand towels given. This is rather strange, surely it is not unreasonable to expect a larger towel after a shower. Trying to dry yourself and your hair after a shower on a small hand towel was not fun!

Front desk team members was super friendly. I loved having the shuttle to the ferry. The hotel was about a 15-minute-or-less walk from several different ways of public transportation. The room was very nice and comfortable.
The breakfast was very mid; location wasn’t that great but was able to walk to public transport easily. Prices were too high but I guess that’s typical of Amsterdam?

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very friendly. The hotel’s biggest strengths are the spacious room and the good breakfast.
The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the ferry, which takes you to the city centre. Unfortunately, this service is very unreliable and tends not to work – every time we returned from the city and tried to contact the driver via the specified channels (WhatsApp and phone) to pick us up from the ferry, no one answered and, of course, no one came to collect us. The drivers are very sluggish - the shuttle bus doesn’t run, so be prepared for a 20-minute walk each way if you want to get into town.
