I was in a loud room after asking for a quiet one and they were wonderful to move me late at night. My room was silent and extremely comfortable. Gym was good and the bus stop to the train station a couple of mins walk away. Supermarket across the road. Staff very helpful and kind (and thank you to the gentlemen who helped me move rooms late at night)

I liked the fact it had an excercize room with quite an array of equipment. The breakfast included in the package was well worth the price.
The property is a bit of a distance from the centre of Amsterdam but compensated by free shuttle service running to and from the hotel to the free ferry service to Amsterdam Central - the shuttle service is 8:00 am to 11:45 pm.

Cleanliness and staff. Also appreciated the shuttle to the ferry, which makes it simple if someone doesn’t want to walk 15 minutes. The location is far from being as bad as it seems, it is less than 10min away from central with the shuttle and 25min by walk.
Pretty basic decoration which gives an hospital feeling.
The coffee at the cafe is terrible. I understand it is not what generates the most in a hotel but it improves massively the experience and it doesn’t cost much more to get a good specialty coffee, an excellent (alternative) milk with a good training to deliver it. A good hotel should deliver a good coffee to his guests.

The location is good and the hotel offers a shuttle to the ferry every few minutes.
The facilities. And the treatment provided by the staff was awful.

Location was seamless and shuttle drivers very efficient
Breakfast was 20 euro each and was mediocre! Had better at continental inclusive breakfast hotel. Staff at pub in evening were rude and food was awful!d well for our visit to Amsterdam.. I would not eat there however sandwhich and coffee in cafe was great

the kindness of the staff, the variety of breakfast, the effort to protect the environment. the pleasant surprise on my birthday with the kind chocolate wishes and the offer of drinks for me and my company.
the only drawback is the distance from the center of Amsterdam and the attractions, which they successfully address by running the hotel's minibus to transport customers to the pier with the ferries that cross the canal, also free of charge, and disembark at the train station. Personally, I particularly liked the process because it gave me the opportunity to experience the daily life of the local residents of the area. finally the cost of accommodation which is much more affordable than similar hotels in the center.

So clean like new. Friendly staff. Nice bar and restaurant. Perfect shuttle service on demand, took 5 minutes to central station.
