The cleanliness of the room was terrible. Plenty of hair in the bed’s headrest, in the bathroom and on the floor.

Excellent location. Great views, comfortable bed and spacious room. Breakfast was wonderful and not very busy. Staff friendly and lobby comfortable.
Bathroom could use some updating, sink not draining and some mold in the shower.

Just perfect. Everything. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Huge room. Everyday cleaning and new towels. They fill up the coffee and tea in the room. Nice staff. And it's just a beautiful place to stay. Would definitely recommend:)

The room was large with twin beds, a couch and a table. It also was absolutely spotless. What I really appreciated was the kettle in the room and real chinaware for coffee or tea with espresso cup and mugs. The bathroom had robes which was extra and much appreciated. The staff was particularly friendly from the cleaners to the front desk, very accommodating. We arrived in the morning and room wasn't ready before 3pm, they did what they could and got us a room immediately. If you do arrive and the room isn't ready, there is place to drop your suitcases.
Location was also great, very convenient to museums and the center.
Beds were on the harder side and was told you can request mattress toppers but it was mentioned when we left. It would be great to have it in writing in the room maybe?
Showers it seems in the Netherlands don't have curtains or doors, this hotel was no exception. While I appreciate the esthetic, the practicality of it is just terrible. No matter how careful, you will have water all over the floor and a soaked bath mat.

Great location, staff extremely help even with restaurant suggestions, the sharing space in the foyer as well as the mini market you can buy drinks and snacks is really convenient. Highly recommend.

Huge choice at buffet breakfast and as much as you can eat. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Short walk to several major museums yet also nice and quiet. View over canal.

Clean and modern room. Spacious. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Location is a maximum 10 minute walk from the Rijksmuseum. Metro station de Pijp 5 minutes away. I had a room with a beautiful view to the canals. The hotel has all the facilities you need, including a self-pay mini-market where you can buy stuff at any hour and an interior garden with tables that you can use whenever. Glasses, microwave and water are available to use in the hallway.
The room was clean, but some details were left out (the wall near the sink in the bathroom was stained, found a dead bug in a corner). Not terrible, but a bit off-putting. The facilities are great, but the prices are pretty high. Then again, that's Amsterdam prices.

The hotel has a great location close enough to the tourist hot spots but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
The food was okay.
The room was comfortable and the bed very comfortable.
The cleaning staff were awesome and we always got back to a clean room.
Most staff were accommodating and helpful. The odd rude interaction but can be overlooked.
I don't believe this to be a five star hotel but the price was competitive and we were satisfied overall with our stay there.

The hotel was clean throughout. Rooms were a nice size together with essentials like hair dryer, toiletries and a fridge. You had an option to not have your room serviced daily and receive a voucher for a drink or snack from the refreshment stand. On the ground floor they had a mini market with refreshments, fresh cakes/pastries, snacks and gifts which was helpful although a bit pricey. There a spa shop a couple of minutes away which was helpful. Great location for the museums quarter and a ten minute walk into one of the squares with bars and restaurants. Dan square was a little further about 30mins walk. The Albert cuyp market was 5-10 mins stroll from the hotel too. All in all was a perfect location for us
