Spacious bedroom and bathroom, perfect location,great view of canal, warm welcome from exceptional, great breakfast.
Followed instructions for room to be cleaned but it wasn’t. When I mentioned to staff it was done almost immediately also happened two days running with my friends who also stayed at the hotel so maybe needs addressing but didn’t detract from our holiday at this wonderful hotel.

The location was very convenient. The room was very nice, spacious and with a nice view (we had the Superior room with panoramic canal view). Bath products were of high quality. Great breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

The rooms were very clean, good assortment of small comfort extras, kettle and coffee machine much appreciated. Bed and pillows were comfortable, powerful shower, everything you needed was there. Nice reception staff, very welcoming.The big thing for me was how quiet it was ,there was no noise heard from other rooms. Breakfast was nice, a good selection of foods.Good location for museums.Lovely touch for Valentine’s Day with chocolate, cake and wine, thankyou.
No bacon on the breakfast menu. There wasn’t anything I did not like

The room was really spacious and nicely decorated with a comfy bed. They had nice treats like chocolate and cake out for Valentines Day which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and the location was great for us.
Some parts felt a little tired.
