The hotel is located in a very convenient place. It's super fast and easy to get there by bus from the airport. When you need to navigate across the city or the surrounding area, the metro, tram, and train are also nearby. Not to mention the walking distance to the museums and nice neighbourhoods.
Bed quality is decent (compared to what you usually have at home, and excellent on the scale of many other hotels). Ventilation is quiet and nicely placed. We had a room with panoramic channel view, and it was an incredibly breathtaking experience. The road between the hotel and the channel is absolutely quiet.
The breakfast is amazing. Definitely worth giving a shot.
Staff are polite and helpful. The lounge area is very cosy.
The entrance door soundproofing can be better. When your neighbors speaking too loudly in a hallway or opening and closing doors, you most likely will learn about it. However, this a common issue for many hotels, including this one.
No closet (or other storage for clothes) in the room. It's a rather minor thing, but a little frustrating at the same time. I can understand the design reasoning behind it, yet I wish they had even a small closet.

Great location , easy stroll to museums or across the canal to great trendy cafes and restaurants in De Pijp. The staff were very friendly, helpful and rooms nicely furnished.

Check-in, guest gathering areas and outdoor space, and room all exceeded our expectations. Didn't have breakfast, but the self-serve market is another lovely convenience.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like.

Breakfast was good. Room was pleasant and quiet. Location good for museums and Concertgebouw.
Paid for an superior room, and the room itself was good, but in other hotels I have usually found free water or soft drinks in the fridge. Here I got a medium sized water supposed to last all 4 nights.

Excellent location for the museum lovers. Minutes walking to Rijksmuseum, van Gogh museum.
Beautiful view from the room overlooking the canal and the city.
Excellent full breakfast.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, lacking a bit of shelving/drawers to unpack.

I loved the stay. Friendly staff, great location, property is good, basically nothing to complain about. However, it would be great if the hotel had Comcast on the TVs in the rooms, as a tourist I really don't care for watching TV channels for another country. It would also be good to have room service, or information about it of the hotel does have it.

Location was great, near to Rijksmuseum and city center. We're cosy neighbourhood with good cafe and restaurants.
Clean and spacious facilities.
Breakfast wasn't as good as you expecting from the breakfast by menus. Both of our selected options was very average, so we feel that we need to compensate it with something more delicious.

It was so lovely having the option to pay for a breakfast each morning as we weren’t sure what our days were going to look like. It was such a wonderful spread of different options to enjoy and was a great way to start each morning.
There honestly wasn’t much to complain about. I struggled with the pillow options for sleeping comfortability but that’s it.
