I really liked the room the features within it and how clean it was. The nice little touches like the water and a fridge were really nice and having a view was lovely.
I think it was pretty overpriced for the hotel. Don’t get me wrong it was a lovely hotel and the staff were also great but the price per night isn’t worth it for the location and caliber of hotel overall

Location
Thin walls, could not sleep, noises are heard, you hear how your neighbors move chairs, how they talk. Also the rooms are dusty and not vacuum cleaned. Too expensive hotel, looks fancy on the internet but in reality looks cheap.

Dirty carpets. My room was not cleaned 2 days a row. When I arrived door to balcony wide open and room freezing. Desk clerk argued with me that there was no such door in my room. He said I was “aggressive” when I complained (I am 78 years old) and he was going to call police. Safe wouldn’t open again. Took nasty desk clerk half hour to figure it out For $350 a night it looked like a Howard Johnson’s from the 1950. I got offered a free coke for my troubles. The manager didn’t care.

The location was great. Close to all the museums and easy to get to the metro. Nice view of the marathon runners.
The breakfast could have had a better variety. It was the same every day and no hot food.

Beautiful room with excellent quality amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Location was very good with great choice of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect — quiet and right on a canal, with lovely views and just a short walk to the museums and metro. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and warm options like omelettes or pancakes. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom modern and well equipped. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also loved the idea of getting a free drink if we skipped room cleaning — a nice touch to enjoy by the fireplace. A truly lovely hotel that we’d happily stay at again!
