The deluxe room with a canal view was wonderful. The location too - we've been all over Amsterdam but we enjoyed the museum district a lot, just far enough from the noisy tourists.
Nothing really - if I have to nit-pick, the elevator going to -1, the fitness room, is annoying because of its algorithm for how it decides which floor to go to first.

This hotel was amazing. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. we had an incredible view of the canals with HUGE windows. The water pressure was amazing. the yoga mat was a nice touch as well. I liked that they had a little market downstairs. very cute hotel.

Location was great.
It was supposed to be handicapped accessible but the lift was not working so I had to navigate stairs and get help carrying my walker up and down. The staff were not concerned about the difficulty for me.

Location
Thin walls, could not sleep, noises are heard, you hear how your neighbors move chairs, how they talk. Also the rooms are dusty and not vacuum cleaned. Too expensive hotel, looks fancy on the internet but in reality looks cheap.

Dirty carpets. My room was not cleaned 2 days a row. When I arrived door to balcony wide open and room freezing. Desk clerk argued with me that there was no such door in my room. He said I was “aggressive” when I complained (I am 78 years old) and he was going to call police. Safe wouldn’t open again. Took nasty desk clerk half hour to figure it out For $350 a night it looked like a Howard Johnson’s from the 1950. I got offered a free coke for my troubles. The manager didn’t care.

Modern, clean, tasteful design, excellent breakfast buffet and service. Great location, quite residential with adequate restaurant choices and perfect for easy walking to VanGogh and Rijksmuseum. Vondelpark also close by. Front desk helpful with transportation.
