A modern hotel with beautiful interiors. We stayed in a room with panoramic windows, and it was fantastic. The location is peaceful, away from the city hustle, yet in a clean and pleasant neighborhood. A bathrobe was also provided in the room, which was a nice touch.
For the price, the breakfast seemed quite basic to me — it was the same every day. Also, there were no slippers in the room, and the water was not replenished regularly.

People responsible for making up the room doesn’t do a great job and the staff that takes care of the breakfast makes a lot of noise with its trolley

Canal view rooms had a beautiful view and were huge! Shops/bars/restaurants in walking distance. Metro was in walking distance. Staff were really helpful.
Coffee machine in the room didn't seem to work, although could have been user error (although there was only an option to press a button!).

We had a large room that was very clean. (On the 5th floor). All the staff were very nice and helpful. It’s a great location if you are planning on going to the Rijks and the VanGogh Museums. It was very easy to get the train to go to Keukenhoff Gardens.
The one problem with our room was that it was very dark. There is not enough light to see what’s going on in the room, especially at night. The room was also large enough to have 1 more chair.

Very helpful and friendly front desk personnel. They were willing to store our luggage and provided quick and easy check in. We did not stay long enough to experience the restaurant or gym, but they looked clean and modern. Short walk to the museum district and convenient to tram stops (really easy to use).
We were happy with everything about our stay.
