Perfectly positioned for all museums art galleries and transport.
Initially fruit was provided in foyer but that vanished. Staff watched and didn’t assist as I struggled with heavy luggage. I arrived early and the only offer was to pay additional costs for early check in which was disappointing as I stayed almost a week at the best room and left very early on the last day. Why not make bookings in 24hr blocks?

I travel quite a lot and stay at many different hotels across different countries. The criteria that matter most to me are: how quiet the room is, cleanliness, mattress comfort, shower pressure, and how helpful the staff are. Avani Hotel scored top marks on all of these. The receptionists Irene and Alessia were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely made the difference. Room size, view, restaurant, temperature and check-out time were all ideal too. Will definitely be booking the same hotel next time I'm in Amsterdam.

Front of house staff were excellent. Reception were very helpful and very friendly. Room was nice. Excellent breakfast!
Hallways in the hotel were bit scruffy. The toilet in my room was dirty when I went in the room, so I told reception and it was sorted out immediately.

Everything is nice, rooms, breakfast, gym, and even the lobby area. The staffs are also very helpful in general and special thanks to the Hotel Manager, Mr. Lambrecht.

The hotel was perfectly placed in the heart of the museum quarter within walking distance of museums canal boat trips and Heineken museum. Our room was exceptional on top floor with views of canal and the city with a floor to ceiling window the hotel products were plentiful and smelt divine. Breakfast was well worth having with huge choice of hot and cold options. Staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended the cafe loetje a 5 min walk from hotel which served the best steak and their own house beer which was to die for.

Location was spot on. The room was canal facing which was amazing . The room though small, had everything in it needed and the fitness centre was a great surprise!

The location was perfect. Out the way of the crowds and has some lovely shops, restaurants and the street market. The staff were really friendly and helped us with everything we needed.
