Very nice breakfast; rooms with a view of the canals and the city; helpful staff; early check in as rooms were available - nice bonus. Location close to museums - easy walking. Nice bonus that if you didn't have your room cleaned everyday, you got a voucher for the snack shop. snacks available all the time - cute little snack shop

Staff were very helpful. Beautiful views from this central location. There is an option to save the planet by not having the room cleaned every day, which is great in itself, but even better you get rewarded with a free drink for doing this
