Very Good
The location is quiet but less than 10 minutes walk to the Riksmuseum. It is also near some good restaurants. Good breakfast and comfortable beds
The room was rather cold when the weather turned nasty but they gave us a heater

Disappointing
Location was very walkable to museums and other sites
Elevator didn’t work. Stairwell led you outside and you couldn’t get back into building. Expensive rooms. Paid €426 for a room that was advertised for €202 when we got there. No comfortable furniture in the room to sit on

The hotel is very modern and stylish. We had a room with the view which was just incredible , especially at sunrise. The room was very spacious and the bed was very big and comfortable. The hotel has a 24/7 self service food and drinks area where you can purchase snacks and wine to have comfortably there or take to the room which was very convenient.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The location was close to the museums and easy to find transportation from.
The smell in the hallway on our floor was horrible, like sewage. Quite unpleasant when exiting the elevator.
The bathroom shower was nice with a fire-hose of water pressure, but because there was only a little part of a shower door and so much pressure it was very easy to accidentally get the whole room wet with everything else in it.

The breakfast was fantastic! Had lots of options and everything was delicious. The room was comfortable. The location was perfect for what we wanted to see around the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. We had to evacuate. We were disappointed with the lack of directions and organization of the evacuation. No staff were on hand to assist or direct people. Hotel needs to practice evacuation drills.

Great location. Nice room with view of canal.
Way too expensive and think we were confused with Booking on price for our 2 rooms. With that said, complimentary breakfast should have been included at that exorbitant price.
