Staff were so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Samuel. He helped us find the right room and gave great recommendations for restaurants. Great room. Great location. De Pijp is a great spot for food and people watching. Quiet and clean. So convenient for the museums. Comfortable bed and great pillows. So handy for transit which is so easy to use.
Nothing really, perhaps a better selection of fruit at the deli and coffee machine a little unreliable. But in the scheme of things, no issues at all.

It was comfortable and clean. Had an area that you could purchase beer and snacks, cakes etc.
option of daily housekeeping - if you chose to not have daily housekeeping you were able to get a voucher for 2 drinks (including beer or softdrinks). Close to the metro station De Pijp.

We loved our room location and the hotel location. The hotel staff was very accommodating and made sure that all of our requests were met with no issues. I would return to this hotel anytime I am in the area.
There is nothing that I can think of that I did not like. All of my expectations were met with every aspect of the hotel. Every interaction was pleasant and the staff was very friendly. I have no regrets in my decision to stay here.

The Location was excellent on the border of the Museum Quarter (Museums in 5 minute walking distance)and De Pijp Neighbourhood (Restaurants within 5 minute walking distance).
Nothing that was the Hotels fault.

The window was amazing in this room, the room itself was extremely spacious, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for being close to walk everywhere but also secluded enough to be quiet.
The only complaint I have is the bed was too firm. Otherwise, 9 out of 10 would stay again.

Nice location, centrally located and within walking distance to a lot (M train station, Heineken building, Van Gogh Museum, daily market, numerous restaurants, Anne Frank House - though this walk is a bit of a distance, etc.). The rooms are very spacious, and they have wide windows. You get a great view of the canal with the higher floors (I could see the Heineken building logo from the 4th floor]. The rooms are modern and they use high end products in the bathroom. Robes are offered, but no slippers. They have ample lobby spacing to relax and the ambience is nice. There is also an inner courtyard for dining or relaxing. Breakfast is offered - whether it’s included or paid depends on your reservation. Unfortunately, I did not use all of their amenities, like the gym. You get a drink voucher for every day you do not use housekeeping.
The balcony window was very difficult to open. I was only able to open 1 side. The keycard deactivated on me.

The location is amazing.. We had a very comfortable stay with the view, the width of the rooms, breakfast and snack varieties, proximity to the high-star restaurants and cafes around and walking distance to the museums. Thank you for everything.
