Nice location. Super friendly staff. Nice design and spacious rooms.
We were chosen by Lulu, the reception / FO supervisory, to be the “guest of the day” and received a very nice, generous upgrade. Thank you Lulu.
Woah we could have spent more than one night there. Will choose the hotel again upon returning.

Close to lots of restaurants, metro & museums.
Superior room was a good size with a view of the canal.
Excellent breakfast. Bar & snack service was by an honesty system. If you decide not to have room service, you get a drinks voucher which was good system.
Needs to have a more thorough cleaning in the shower recess getting hair out of the drains.

Love this property so much! Staff are warm, helpful & friendly.. rooms are tastefully decorated & beds & pillows were comfy. The canal view from our room was amazing! The hotel is tucked in a quieter neighbouhood but nearby to food & attraction. Although it’s 10 mins walk to the metro, we enjoyed the scenery along the way & there are plenty of cafe & food options around. Albert Cuyp market it’s just at the entrance of the metro! Museum quarter is also about 10 mins walk away.
Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

This hotel was amazing. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. we had an incredible view of the canals with HUGE windows. The water pressure was amazing. the yoga mat was a nice touch as well. I liked that they had a little market downstairs. very cute hotel.

Good location and view of the canal. Drinking water tap located in the lobby
Requested double bed but it was just 2 singles placed together with a gap in between and stuff would fall between the beds. Lighting was very dark in the room. Lifts are very slow.
