Location, comfortable rooms, and very helpful staff. Coffee and tea in the rooms and breakfast downstairs in the morning if you want it.
Our soap and shampoo dispensers were low and needed a refill. Both of our rooms had a tub/shower combo. You need very long legs to get in and out of the tub/shower safely. I think most people would prefer a walk in shower or a tub that sits closer to the floor. I would request walk in shower next time.

Very nice location, great for exploring the museums. The breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious.
Traffic noise (we had room towards the street) was quite audible.. The property could see some renovation.

Good location. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and spoke perfect English. The amenities were good. The transport system was very reliable
I went in February when it was cold. There was no extra blanket for the bed so I was very cold on my first night. I asked for a blanket the second night and was given it. There was a noise in my room in the night. I was unable to sleep. When I investigated the noise it was the fan which had been set to 'auto'. When I turned that off the noise stopped. I don't know why there was a need to have a fan set to 'auto' in the middle of Winter.
