Staff was very friendly, facilities were ok. Probably a bit pricy for what you get, but location and breakfast are great! They accept dogs at a fee!
Price is not great, does not match you get in return. Is the second time I go there, booked the same room, but the unit i got was in a much poorer state than the previous.

Friendliest staff and perfect location!
The room had a few things that weren’t the best. The shower door leaked on the floor and there was an odd crack in the wallpaper. Very minor!

Absolutely nothing.
Extremely rude staff, would not recommend for anyone to stay in this hotel. at checkout i overslept (i was traveling and tired) and they literally broke into my room, yelling it was horrific, i was accused of consuming things that’s why i didn’t wake up. they made me pay a late check out fee, and the door they broke. never been treated this way!
Also there is a mouse in the bar btw! extremely disgusting!

Rude reception attendant upon arrival, sewage smell on our floor and bathroom, there was a mouse scratching our floor one evening and scared my daughter, arranged for a birthday surprise for my husband which they confirmed but we arrived to an empty room.

Wonderful
The overall interior was nice and our room was spacious, the beds were super comfortable and all what could be expected from a 4*star hotel was there. The room was quiet, while the windows were facing the busy street in front of us. Staff- super helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was tasty with also lots of options to those who prefer sweeter stuff.
Our room´s floor was so cold.

I loved the hair dryer in the bathroom it had a lot of power and I needed it to dry my hair.
So... I booked weeks ago and I been requesting an early check in since then, they kept telling me it can't be guaranteed and to keep checking on arrival, the night before I asked again and they told me I should have booked the day before we arrive to ensure the room availability just to say in the same message thats not available right now, mind you they could've have told me that weeks before when I first asked and I would have immediately booked it, they say check with us to see if it's available but everytime I called or try checking I was met with rudeness and this feeling that I was bothering them, mind you I know check in time is 3pm that's why I try to get an early check in confirmed in advance because we did over 10 hours flight and I knew I needed it.
They gave us the smallest room available and we know that because we booked with other friends and we all booked the same room type and everyone but us got a normal size room, we obviously annoyed them and thats how it was paid back... personally I won't recommend it again.
Also we where told at 9am we will contact you when the room in ready at 3pm tired of waiting and seeing other people go to their rooms before 3pm we go and ask if the room is ready and OF COURSE IT WAS for like 2 hours at that point....

Excellent location, within walking distance from the city center, the main museums and main shopping streets. The staff is very friendly and there is a nice bar to relax, have a drink and recharge before diving again in the city centre, bustling just steps away from the hotel.
