We really liked the location because it was close to tram stastion, the main museums, city centre, lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and kind. You could get cleaning every day if you ask. The cleaning was exceptional also. Comfy beds with pillow selection. Also, you could leave your luggage at the check in or check out in the hotel’s storage unit.
No complains at all.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are quite comfortable and clean. There's a very interesting incentive program: if you don't want your room cleaned, the hotel gives you a complimentary drink at the bar. We found this very thoughtful and a valuable way to put sustainability into practice while also pleasing the guest! Breakfast was excellent, delicious! Attentive and helpful staff.

The hotel is great. The location in my opinion cannot be better the staff is very friendly and nice. Bar was nice and cozy. Everyrthing I can think about was perfect.
The only thing that I did not like was that the room looked a bit bigger on the photos and the TV was not a smart TV. The ventilation is a bit noisy but still bearable. That’s why I am giving it 9 out of 10.

The hotel was in an excellent location for seeing many of the attractions. Very easy to connect with the airport - 397 bus stop almost across the road. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful
Our tea and coffee in the room wasn't replaced..We were only given enough for one drink with milk during the whole stay and went to reception twice to request additional supplies. We took part in the green stay scheme which meant that we had volunteered that towels and sheets weren't changed during the stay but this also meant that the room wasn't cleaned or the tea and coffee etc replenished. Wouldn't have taken up this scheme if we had known. Sorry about the rant, but it was slightly annoying

Overall, it's a good hotel in a historical building. Very good location. Clean and nice atmosphere in the hotel
Heating system was quite inadequate. We were cold in the room at night. The radiators were turned off at night, and the air conditioner only blew cool air.
