The hotel location is very good. The airport express bus stop is 3 minutes walk and tram stop is also across the street. There are two supermarkets open late nearby for buying snack & drinks. We were able to walk to the museums area, Vondelpark and main shopping areas very easily. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. Our room was facing to the back of the building. The bathroom and shower was also nice and comfortable. It was very peaceful. Wifi speed is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. We liked the complimentary fruits and water from the lobby. The coffee from the cafe is also good. I would definitely stay here again.

Extremely rude staff, would not recommend for anyone to stay in this hotel. at checkout i overslept (i was traveling and tired) and they literally broke into my room, yelling it was horrific, i was accused of consuming things that’s why i didn’t wake up. they made me pay a late check out fee, and the door they broke. never been treated this way! Also there is a mouse in the bar btw! extremely disgusting!
