Nothing, it was a mistake
There was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the hotel in general is very dirty. If you don’t care about hygiene or about having nightmares about cockroaches crawling on you, then this hotel is good for you. There is also no luggage service, so we had to carry our bags ourselves. They called us twice about checking out, and both times we answered. However, when we were checking out, the lady at reception told us that we had to pay a fee because we had stayed past 12:00 PM and supposedly didn’t answer their calls. She said we had to pay €16 per room, even though we were never informed about this rule when we checked in. She claimed that she had called both rooms and that nobody answered, which is simply not true, we answered both times. Even when I told her that we had found a cockroach in the bathroom, she didn’t seem to care at all. It honestly made me feel like they are used to having cockroaches there. When I told her that we had answered the phone and that we would not pay the fee, she went to discuss it with her colleagues. In the end, we did not pay the fee.

Great location, close to all amenities. Its a bit more expensive hotel, but very nice and clean.

Maybe only the lift - there seems to be only one small lift for the property. Not a big problem, just a bit of a wait each time
