We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was extremely clean and very well maintained. The room was quiet with absolutely no noise, which made it very relaxing. The bed was also very comfortable and we slept very well throughout our stay. The reception staff were excellent, professional, and incredibly kind. They kindly allowed us an earlier check-in, which we really appreciated after our trip. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and efficiently. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Room was spacious.
Breakfast charges were not clear. We had to argue about being charged extra for no pre-booking breakfast. No one informed us of the difference of 5 Euros. The front desk staff at first were very unhelpful. The issue was resolved very amicably on checkout. I never understand why the bathroom light is on the outside of the bathroom. That means I wake up my wife in the middle of the night when have to go to the bathroom and she is asleep. This is a common design error in most hotels.

I got a free upgrade to a room on the 7th floor facing the city! Thought it would be noisy, but slept through the night even on the night before King’s Day! Nice, Clean and friendly staff who looked into all my requests with a smile on their face :)
Nothing. I could think of. If I am to be critical Lotion, and gel pumps did not dispense sufficient liquid that I had to click multiple times.

Very convenient location though not on a charming block
The lobby was dirty, run down, decorated with dying plants. A staff member was incredibly rude to me when I went to the lobby at 5am looking for coffee as the machine in our room was broken. Our sink was clogged and never fixed despite request. Housekeeping not good. Someone else’s dirty in a half empty glass was left behind when we arrived. Room itself (jr suite) was fine, quiet facing courtyard, with a small bathroom, bad towels. No drawers or luggage storage space. Way, way overpriced.
