Wonderful
very well located and clean room.
When I chose not to clean the room O asked the lady to replace coffee cups and coffee but she didn't Though there was some variety in the breakfast it was always the same. Grapefruit juice was very diluted.

One staff member was rude and delivered terrible service. She should have been in trouble for lying accusing not paying for king bed when it was clearly booked and paid for. She did not solve any problems and was aggressive when she was challenged. Poor service and the manager didn't solve it either.

A hotels's service is judged by whether they respond to requests you make of them - on this point this hotel's staff were amazing. They answered all the queries and helped me where I needed it with a smile and a helpful attitude. Great Location. Clean sheets & towels.
Some of the facilities in the room are very old. Leaking bathtubs, old carpets and non-functioning phones.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful with specific advice about local services and reservations. They were able to accommodate our request for early check-in. The location is excellent, especially if you're using the trams to get around town.

spacious rooms, clean bed.
The shower is open and it's impossible not to make a mess with the water. The staff doesn't refill shampoo and shower gel. They also don't refill drinkable water at all. The air conditioning doesn't work, it blows air but never cools down to cause temperature to drop at all. Overall I think they pretend to be a high end hotel but they are not there at all.

Shower head broken and sprayed water Shower tub had visible staining and dozens of chips/damage to the ceramic There was an unflushed shit in the toilet upon arrival Shower did not hold water in and soaked the floor — required most of the use of the towels to avoid
