Pleasant
West lake is a nice part of the city, has a lot of nature around and it’s really pleasant overall. The staff was really nice as well.
The room is too cold, and also very humid.

The room was very quiet. The alarm on the door went off a few times when we first got to it and once in the middle of the night when we were asleep, however, we didn't hear anything for the rest of the trip. The bed was extremely comfy.
The breakfast didn't have any vegan options, for 15 euro you would expect a better spread.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming rooms were absolutely spotless and was nice and peaceful there
Our shower didn't have hot water the first night we arrived or the next day until later that day

The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was cheap.
The room was extremely dirty. There was no soap in any of the dispensers in the shower and for the sink. There was hair on the floor of the shower and a very large hole in the bathroom door. The beds also didn't seem very clean and they weren't comfortable.

I have been in the hotel two years ago. I liked it more the last time. We were invited to have a free breakfast the next day, because it was the first day to offer breakfast at the hotel.
The food was not very good. The bread was frozen, cold and hard. We had to wait until they brought other food like cheese and ham.
The rooms were not very clean as the first time and nobody came for 3 days to change at least towels.

Bad policy of the hotel!
They asked me to pay 100€ deposit if I want to take the room!
I couldn't pay by card,only cash but they refuse to accept cash and they didn't give me the room!
When you make the booking on the website www.booking.com there is no information about 100€ deposit!
They didn't give me money back when I cancel my booking!

I could constantly hear doors slamming on 6 flor.
In the bathroom, there was a soap dispenser, but it was empty. Also, the mattress on one bed was broken.

Lack of hand towel, no iron available even at reception, plastic cups break when trying to open. No bar or eating options
