Very basic, nothing around walked a fair bit. A very Muslim area.
The smell of pot wafting in all the time.
Location a fair walk from the tram.

Stuff was nice to provide hot water 24/7 even there were no guest kitchen. Rooms are quite large.
No guest kitchen, no kettles in the rooms. The facility is a bit old.

Very friendly Staff, the rooms are clean. Would stay here again. Good connections to the tram.
The neighborhood where the hotel is located isn't very nice there is a lot of trash on the streets and the people are pushy.

This hotel is a paradise for thieves. My €1,000 earring was stolen, and nobody helped me recover it. The response I received was essentially: “If you have a €1,000 earring, what are you doing in this hotel?” This attitude is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be cautious before staying here.

Room and Location wise ok. we used bus and Tram to travel around amsterdam and we travelled to hotel in Car initially. Most of the staff are alright and quickly resolved a power issue. All in All it is a good experience.
Just the parking outside is from Municipality and you have to pay for the parking. Plus point, hotel got cameras outside.

booked 2 rooms. One was OK. The other room (Room 225) was not good . The door did not work properly. the flush did not work properly. Water did not drain in the bathroom floor
