The staff. The staff were really good especially Muhammad at the reception and Sonia at the restaurant. Both very competent and accommodating staff who used to help me out in any way they could.
There was nothing really that I didn't like. I would only say the location was a bit far from the city but then that's not a negative point towards the hotel itself.

Wonderful
I stayed at Westlake Hotel Amsterdam for one week and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The location was also convenient for exploring Amsterdam.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
