The hotel had everything we needed for a short stay and the bed was comfortable. There were vending machines and a bar and the reception staff were always very friendly. The hotel was well connected via public transport.
Just minor things. Despite signs asking us to hang our towels up if we didn't need them changing, we left them hung up and they were changed everyday anyway. There were a few bits of the bathroom I think could have been cleaner (taps etc). Also we would have liked a few more pillows instead of just one each.

Cheap hotel but still good in Amsterdam. Spacious room for 3 people. The parking was free because of public holiday. The area was quite.
The hotel and room was old. There was no water cooker and refrigerator. The tap cap was also a bit broken, but doesn’t reduce it’s functionality.

We had a great experience during our stay. The service at reception was excellent—the lady who checked us in was very friendly and even upgraded us to a larger room, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained.
It’s conveniently located, with a tram stop just a short walk away that takes you directly into the city center. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a 10-minute walk, which made things really convenient.
While the surrounding area does feel a bit run-down, we always felt safe walking around, even with our children. Some previous reviews mentioned issues like cigarette butts and a smell of smoke, but we didn’t experience anything like that.
The drive from the airport was quick and easy—only about 15 minutes. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel for its value and service.

Generally, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. I really liked the bed’s mattress, hot water was always available and the staff was provided us every day with clean towels. Some things that gave me a feeling of discomfort were the weird smell of the room and the existed wall plugs far from the beds.
