The staff was very kind they let us check in early, the beds are amazing absolutely perfect, value for money.
The city transport is ok, but the centre is not so close as it looks, when we were out we thought that the room will be cleaned but it wasn’t

The heater wasn't working. Although after we complained, the rceptionist brought us one which was not so efficient. But we managed cos its was just for 1night. There was no TV and no fridge. As we were only informed of their renovation 1 day to our arrival.

The size of the room was great, and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist (Aida) was very nice and super friendly . Fluent in English and Spanish!
The outside of the hotel gives a very poor impression. It is in desperate need of some work. The room was not totally clean on arrival.

We picked the place - as we stayed there before - for our own personal conveniece related to its location, What did we like, well;
- Very friendly and helpfull staff - definitely two thumbs up!
- Free WiFi (although a given in most hotels these days)
Apparently due to a recent change of ownership, we found the place not what it used to be (as we stayed there before);
- TVs were removed from the rooms.
- No fridge in the room - which does not go well if there is no breakfast option, with Kitchen closed.
- Rooms were not cleaned during our entire 8 days stay (we had to ask for clean towels and had to put trash in corridor to be picked up) - stated that cleaning was an option to be paid fore separately.
- Kitchen not working, so no breakfast option available.
- Place requiring a bit of TLD/maintenance.
