It was nice staying at Westlake Amsterdam and i promise to come again, thanks for the hospitality.......Westland Amsterdam is the best place to be everything is perfect including the staff are friendly and respectful.
There is tap water in the washing hand basin that is a little bit rotten(toilet tap) and also i don't know if there is heater in the room but the Air Condition is active

The staff were the best part of our stay. They were very polite and helpful. Our room was not cleaned and we were not provided with fresh towels. The girl who helped us at reception was very kind, apologised for the inconvenience, and offered us some drinks. We also left a pair of headphones behind, and she did everything she could to help us find them and get them back.

Internet was good, pancakes for breakfast and coffee was fine
Everything else. Food that was served for breakfast was poor and the same every single morning. Also, refilling the food took so long.There was also so little to choose from. Our window was busted(Itentionally, two screws screwed so it can not be opened all the way).
Mattresses were also uncomfortable. Two of them were split in the middle, creating a gap for your hips to fall into.
The hotel looks like The Overlook Hotel from shining.
Overall, it's a very bad experience.

The price went up cause of the transportation strike! It was not worth 200 euros!

The bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable
It is not as good as it was when it was the New West Hotel. The towel dispenser did not work in the disabled toilet. There was no hand wash in the dispenser. The breakfast wasn't brilliant - no eggs one morning. There were 2 teabags and disposable cups in the room when we arrived. These were not replaced while we were there. It stated there would be coffee and tea in the room. That wasn't the case

We didn't spend much time there; we were out of the hotel the whole time. We really liked that the hotel is away from the city—it’s quiet and peaceful, and guests don't disturb one another.
