The staff are excellent and always happy to help. The rooms are incredibly clean and the AC is a lifesaver. The free coffee machine is a wonderful edition and the location of the hotel is perfect for travelling into the main areas but also is nice and quiet for resting. Staff gave a goody bag to takeaway which was such a beautiful touch to the end of my stays
Only downside was there was no hook in my bathroom to hang towels

Beautiful and super central location , lovely interior design with comfortable beds which is always a plus . Staff were attentive , friendly and eager to assist . Quirky personal details add to an over all great experience. Would I rebook ? DEFINITELY!
Typical of an older building in Amsterdam , rooms are quite small but the location and general vibe of the hotel make up for it ! .This is not a negative just a comment. For me and again this is not a negative but my own preference , the pillows on tbe bed could do with an upgrade. Im also not a huge fan of fully carpeted hotel rooms . My room faced into the internal courtyard ....a tip for future guests , try book a canal facing room if available...the views are dreamy.
