We had a special request as we were three friends celebrating a birthday. We booked two twin rooms in advance and wrote to the hotel asking to join the beds in one room, place the rooms close to each other, choose a nice room, and prepare a birthday surprise. The hotel did everything perfectly. All our requests were done in advance, exactly as we asked. They even made a birthday card in Russian and prepared small complimentary gifts for the birthday, which was very kind and touching. The breakfasts are amazing, the service is excellent, and the location is great. Thank you very much to the hotel team for making this birthday so special.

Good overall
The room where so cold and we had one and half year old baby that we left him with his jacket on while sleeping. But the lady from the reception tried to help me and offered me other rooms and she was so helpful and respectful.

The hotel is close enough to the train station you can walk, but far enough from the city center it's silent. Tram station 5 minutes away. Good gym and excellent breakfast.
Everyday the price of the room is the same; therefore, the room service should be thorough, leaving the room as if a new guest were coming—not a quick cleaning.

Nice room with a view. excellent location from being close to the center and walkable.
The hotel is situated on a side street and next to the Cruise Terminal Port which means there are Taxi drivers (private) waiting to get rides. There seems to be some un-written agreement with Uber drivers to not serve the hotel. Going to the Airport on Uber was a Euro 37 fare. No Uber drivers were willing to take the ride, even though it was a reasonable time on Mon morning at 7:30 AM. Cost to airport with Taxi: Euro 100.

Location is quite close walking to downtown area, the room had sea view. Food was very tasty.
We approached the reception for keeping the luggage while waiting for lunch in the restaurant prior to the departure to the airport, after check out. The receptionist reply was to “check with concierge”, in expedite manner. We also asked one staff who was around concierge who was also confused and had to over check with another employee. That shouldn’t be the case in Hotel. The lobby team should anticipate guests need not only to chat each other and just wait for enquires. As well, our safebox in the room didn’t work and that was supposed to be checked by HK team. Excellent job for the Lounge team, great service.

The location was amazing, walking distance to Central Station and downtown. The staff was super friendly. I ordered room service a couple of times and it was amazing! Breakfast was also good and they had a variety of options. I stayed on the 9th floor, were amazing! I will definitely return it.
The room could be a little bit cleaner, specially for the price point. There was dust on the TV and cabinets, and the bathroom could use some clorox.
