Very friendly and efficient. Located on the tramlines and Metro into the centre of Amsterdam.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Very nice staff in this modern hotel. It was handy having the supermarket nearby to purchase some items. I am glad we didn't purchase the breakfast as it looked very expensive for what was on offer. The hotel is very close to the metro stations.
When you are in the bar and need the toilet you have to go to a member of staff and ask them to come with you to unlock the toilet door! I understand there is a problem in the area for non hotel clients using the toilet, but surely we could use our room keys??

The position was great!
It was very expensive and you got no value for money! We stayed at the Nhow across the road 2 weeks before and paid the same! Much better value, bed was huge, more luxuriant, linen and pillows were heavenly! The room was much bigger, decor was more upmarket and bathroom was spacious!
We received none of this at the Motel one!

Location and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly, polite and courteous.
No tea or coffee maker in the room. There could have been an electric kettle and tea bags for early morning.

Staff were beyond friendly and accommodating the entire trip - really impressed and happy with this service. :)
Location is also perfect for a quieter area with efficient transport links into city centre and surrounding areas!

I was only there for 1 night but I had an excellent night's sleep and a nice breakfast in the morning. Nothing more to ask for. Oh and there was even an iron in the room so I was smart for my meeting.

Wish there was free coffee/tea available in the lobby. And I wish there was conditioner in the shower.
