I was only there for 1 night but I had an excellent night's sleep and a nice breakfast in the morning. Nothing more to ask for. Oh and there was even an iron in the room so I was smart for my meeting.

Beautifully decorated and close to the metro! Great value. Will definitely stay again.
Wish there was free coffee/tea available in the lobby. And I wish there was conditioner in the shower.

Room was new, spotlessly clean and comfortable.

My friends and I visited Amsterdam to celebrate King’s Day, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort. We slept very well, and the bathroom and shower were very clean. Since we arrived early, the lady at the front desk even checked us in early (while rooms were available). We didn’t expect such great value for money at such an affordable price, and we had a wonderful time.
Nothing really. If I had to say something, the hotel isn’t located in the city center, but that was our choice, so honestly there’s nothing to complain about.

Rooms are very small - very small for two people - No hot meal at breakfast , not even a toaster to head the bread, only warm item was boiled eggs

Let's start with the hotel staff who were lovely.
The location of the hotel is perfect, 2 minutes walk from the metro station and then 3 stops to the center of Amsterdam.
The rooms are clean and spacious.
Excellent breakfast.
The only downside is that you can't open a window to ventilate, but it's not that bad.

The location next to the RAI, close to the Zuidas and the train station, is very good.
The check-in process took ridiculously long due to a shift change. It felt super non-Netherlands. We had to wait around 15 minutes. It took three people to do the whole shift change administration.
The suggestion is simple: let one person still check in visitors and the others do the shift change, not everyone. The alternative is simple: don't accept cash money and then the shift change is super simple.
