Great location for a conference at the RAI, fun lively lobby great for meeting up with people.
The amenities were a bit lacking, no conditioner, of body/hand cream, no kettle, coffee or fridge.

The car charger in the parking could not be used. Staff did not have a charging card, and we could not charge our car (our card was not compatible).

Very good hotel for short city break in Amsterdam, super clean, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, super comfortable beds.
Local restaurants and shops extra bonus.
Few minutes walk to Metro station.

Location for transport links was excellent especially to Keukenhof for the tulip festival and to Schipol airport.
Breakfast was expensive and had a limited choice. No kettle in the room although you do say this clearly in advance, but it’s really a minimum expectation and maybe you could provide free tea/coffee in reception instead?
