The rooms have everything needed. Hotel lobby is very nice and breakfast was great. Hotel is located just in 5 min from RAI and metro station, it takes another 5 minutes to get to the city center.
I wish the breakfast waitresses would not come to every guest 10 minutes prior to the end of breakfast time with a reminder that breakfast ends soon. By the third day of the stay it becomes a bit annoying.

We were not expecting to stay here but because of our canceled flight we wanted to stay close to the airport. The reception was very welcoming. They were also accommodating by providing us with some personal toiletries since we had no luggage. The lobby was warm and comfortable. The bar staff was exceptional. The location was close to restaurants and the airport.

Hotel is 5 minutes walking to subway and there's a grocery store right next to it.

The breakfast was well laid out as a generous spread based on the continental style with excellent coffee.
The minimalist approach to everything including lighting in the room, the number of electrical plugs, the size of the desk with no lamp, the lack of space to open a suitcase..... The lobby bar is where the breakfast is served: difficult to fit two plates and two cups on the tiny tables while sitting on small, low, backless stools!

Close to the RAI conference center and easy access to central Amsterdam by metro. Grocery store next door.
Room was small. Mattress a bit soft. Floor to ceiling window is great but it means you need to keep the thick curtains closed anytime you’re dressing. They should consider a second sheer curtain for a situation of semi privacy with the option of letting in some natural light.

Perfect location when you have to atend bussines meetings in the area (Amsterdam RAI, EMA, etc), Schipol is pretty close and it has fairly good public connection with all Amsterdam has to offer. The bed and pillows are extre.ely comfortable and the service by all employees is exceptional.
The rooms are perfect for solo travelers but can be kinda small for 2 people with lots of luggage.

The place was very nice and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the open space in the evening to do some planning etc. the staff was friendly and helpful. Wished it was a bit closer to the center of town. Otherwise it was a very nice stay for us.

It was clean and very nice. The location had easy access to the city center via metro and tram. Dog friendly hotel was a plus.
The room and bathroom were very small. The water pressure in the shower was super low, so made washing my hair difficult.

Nicely located at south of the city, easy reach both city center, airport or surroundings. Facilities are clean and comfortable, best of all, Staff all very friendly and knowledgeable.
