Also, its price is high compared to the services provided.

We were not expecting to stay here but because of our canceled flight we wanted to stay close to the airport. The reception was very welcoming. They were also accommodating by providing us with some personal toiletries since we had no luggage. The lobby was warm and comfortable. The bar staff was exceptional. The location was close to restaurants and the airport.

A small but efficient room in a Motel, excellently located right across the RAI and between the railway station to Schiphol, and the subway to Amsterdam.

The place was very nice and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the open space in the evening to do some planning etc. the staff was friendly and helpful. Wished it was a bit closer to the center of town. Otherwise it was a very nice stay for us.
Just for it to be closer to downtown area.

No good heat in the bedroom, many times we woke up during night, feeling cold. You basically can’t control the temperature inside the room.

Top location in a very good neighborhood, only 10-12 minutes from the city center with the metro. Staff was very friendly, checked us in before check-in time, which was very nice. Room was clean and spacious, also very comfortable.

Wasn’t told about renovations until after money was taken , no facilities at hotel no facilities in room ie no tea or coffee no safe limited wardrobe space being as there wasn’t one staff unsympathetic when told of disappointment not willing to listen . Hotel not as advertised

The price was reasonable for this city. Staff was very helpful with subway information and directions. The breakfast was good.
The room was rather small. There was construction inside near us. The hotel was outside the old city, so we were isolated from most restaurants.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, staff is fast and friendly.
Under construction. Should have lowered the prices or at least offered free coffee and breakfast to accommodate as you could hear the noise. I stay in Motel One often in Poland and it’s very nice, less expensive with a big lounge and central. But any thing you need - like an iron, you have to go pick it up yourself. Amsterdam is good, clean, comfortable but overpriced.

They are remodeling, lots of noise, I came with 5 hours delay from the US, could not sleep in the afternoon, arrogant staff
no breakfast, old croissant and coffee they called breakfast, no parking, the garage was closed, unclear and expensive to go somewhere else
