The hotel was great, very comfortable room, and very well located you have a metro, tram and train station like 5 minutes walking distance and even a direct train that could take you to schipol airport, it’s a quiet neighborhood in Amsterdam with some really good restaurants right in front of the hotel.

What a perfect Stay it was! Exceptional. Motel one is the best, value for money option.
Perfect location, cozy rooms, Staff at hotel is very polite, cooperative and helpful. Specially, Pabalo, Kasia and Leo were quite helpful during our stay.
They serve good Hot chocolate if you're not going for breakfast. Metro and bus station are just a min walk away. You can reach to Zuid/Central quickly while staying here. There are couple of restaurants, coffee shops and local grocery store to buy some quick snacks.

They let us check in sooner then predicted as they had room ready which was a lovely surprise after long day of travel . Seemed modern and clean
Pretty small room but ok for one night . Not much control over temp , said our room came with air conditioners but a sign at entrance said they had none ? Luckily wasn’t too warm .
Also not super close to downtown but there are trains or uber is about 18 each way

Location (short walk to RAI train and metro, Beatrixpark and RAI convention centre, 3-4 stops to Amsterdam centre). Cheerful interior layout and decor. Breakfast (spelt croissants etc)
Pricey room - but that's everywhere nowadays...

The Location is the only advantage of this hotel.
This is basically a dorm. The room is less than basic. It's barren. Only a bed and a desk and the bathroom. There's no fridge, no complimentary water, no kettle to get hot water. Nothing. Not even an inner phoneline to connect to the front desk. You check in. You are on your own. Zero service! And the ventilator in bathroom is not working. For over €170 per night, it's the poorest value for the money I spent.
