They charged me double. I paid in cash at the hotel and afterwards I was flagged as a no show which triggered another payment through my Creditcard. Since I don’t have a receipt of my payment at the hotel they aren’t willing to perform any action.

Great location, good staff.
No good heat in the bedroom, many times we woke up during night, feeling cold. You basically can’t control the temperature inside the room.

Antonio at the reception. He deal with a bunch of guests coming late with EasyJet issues due to the snow in the best way possible, friendly and welcoming.

I stayed there as my flight was cancelled very last minute @ night due to the heavy snow. I was exhausted & miserable when arrived. The gentleman @ desk greeted me with friendly manner and offered complimentary drink (would have costed 5euros normally )saying “Help yourself, you must be so tired.” This was the golden words & attitude make him & this hotel so stand out and make guest wants to recommend the establishment to the world! Bravo!
Room amenities were a little too basic. As my suitcases were held by airline I did not have anything with me. Maybe some basic bathroom amenities such as facial lotion & moisturiser, slippers & toothbrush kit to be offered even with a little cost? Also I couldn’t charge my iPhone without borrowing an adopter, this was a rather great inconvenience.

I was very satisfied with the quick response and the possibility to check in at 1:30 a.m., due to the chaos at Amsterdam airport. All the staff were very kind and helpful. I would especially like to highlight the assistance of Ms. Kasia and Ms. Klaudia, two Polish employees, thanks to whom I was able to feel comfortable and get through this difficult moment more easily.
