The room was relatively clean, no bedbugs, clean bathroom.
There is construction going on inside the building and no breakfast available in the morning. Hence I had to leave early to grab something before heading to meeting.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, staff is fast and friendly.
Under construction. Should have lowered the prices or at least offered free coffee and breakfast to accommodate as you could hear the noise. I stay in Motel One often in Poland and it’s very nice, less expensive with a big lounge and central. But any thing you need - like an iron, you have to go pick it up yourself. Amsterdam is good, clean, comfortable but overpriced.

Wonderful
Although the hotel is under renovation, we didn't feel it at all. The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We loved the location, close to both the Rai station and the metro station.

Nice stay with comfortable clean room at good price near to metro station.
Renovation work caused some disruption but in fairness was advised fully and comprehensively by the hotel about it and times it would occur.

They are remodeling, lots of noise, I came with 5 hours delay from the US, could not sleep in the afternoon, arrogant staff
no breakfast, old croissant and coffee they called breakfast, no parking, the garage was closed, unclear and expensive to go somewhere else

The staff and the location! The staff very friendly and helpful. Location amazing.
They’re doing now some maintenance and have limited access to some compartments of the hotel.

15 minutes with subway to the center was cool. Prices are okay. It was clean. Employees are kind.
No toothbrush, slippers and other extra products are given in the room. Only shampoo/body gel is given and it is not enough for a hotel this big. Also there is no enough space for clothes.
