The location of the hotel is very good.. close to 2 train stations that allow you to get to the airport and also Amsterdam Central. Slightly quieter than staying closer to the main parts. The hotel was also very clean and well decorated
The hotel was having work done during our stay however we wasn’t notified of this until after it was booked and the day before we travelled. This meant there was no food or drink services and half of the hotel looked like a building site. Not an issue for people not looking to spend too much time in the hotel however, I felt the price could have reflected this more and would have been nice to know prior to booking. We also had no hot water on the day we were checking out for whatever reason. A number of people were at the desk complaining of the same thing too

Great stay at Motel One Amsterdam! The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money — I would definitely stay here again.

Wasn’t told about renovations until after money was taken , no facilities at hotel no facilities in room ie no tea or coffee no safe limited wardrobe space being as there wasn’t one staff unsympathetic when told of disappointment not willing to listen . Hotel not as advertised

Top location in a very good neighborhood, only 10-12 minutes from the city center with the metro. Staff was very friendly, checked us in before check-in time, which was very nice. Room was clean and spacious, also very comfortable.

The price was reasonable for this city. Staff was very helpful with subway information and directions. The breakfast was good.
The room was rather small. There was construction inside near us. The hotel was outside the old city, so we were isolated from most restaurants.
