We've stayed on room 614. It was quite. The overall space was OK but could be bigger for the money. The room was cleaned every day in good details (thank you for the cleaning team!). The stuff was wonderful, smiling every time.
The bath towels contain a very fine white powder and become fluffy. Every time we wiped ourselves with them, dust flew up and settled everywhere. Fortunately, the daily cleaning included dusting. That somehow compensated for the inconvenience.

The location was perfect to walk places but not in the middle of everything completely so it wasn’t crazy during kings day celebrations. The lobby was nice and welcoming with a beautiful breakfast spread of fresh baked goods (including fresh baked gluten free bread if requested), meats, cheeses, yogurt, oatmeal and fruits, among delicious coffee and other things. The elevator was quick and convenient to our rooms and the room was quiet. Loved this place overall! The room did get a little warm at times but it was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable (on the firm side) with good pillows.

Breakfast is very good. The rooms are really clean. Location is also very nice. You can walk every sighseeing places.

Location was great, close enough to shops, restaurants but quiet rooms and couldn't hear the main road at night. Staff was lovely. Enjoyable common areas near reception, good wifi
There was a constant noise coming from the bathroom. It was difficult to fall asleep. It seemed to be an air vent but not related to the heating system in the room. I was unable to turn it off.

We really liked the bar area. It was large and comfortable.

The location was excellent, room was basic but nicely decorated and very clean. The staff are really helpful and lovely. It was really quiet in the room, ours was right outside of the elevator and still never had any noise.
It’s expensive but most of Amsterdam is.

The front desk staff were super nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient for sightseeing,. The metro station is only a couple of minutes away, and the bus stop for the Van Gogh Museum is nearby as well. There is also a supermarket just a few minutes away, which made everything very convenient.
The breakfast was also great, with a lot of variety and good quality choices.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
The only downside was that there was no kettle in the room, which would have been helpful.

Nice and clean hotel in walking distance from the main streets of Amsterdam.
The breakfast area can get crowded and it is a bit uncomfortable if you have to eat at the low tables. Apart from that, the breakfast variety and quality were very good.
