Extremely disappointed, the air conditioner did not work.
I approached the front desk and was told that the hotel does not have A.C.
I SUFFERED TREMENDOUSLY....
No other options was offered or given.
I myself suffers from allergies so being in a room without air circulation is difficult in the highest of difficulties.

The breakfast was excellent -- much better than I had expeected based on my Google search, which said it was a "continental breakfast" with croissants, pastries, etc. In fact, there was a huge selection, including vegan options, plain yogurrt, cereals, cucumbers, tomatoes, and more. Also, the room had blackout curtains that kept the sun out in the morning. And the shower was a terrific walk-in shower with strong water pressure. Everything exceeded my expectations!

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, good breakfast, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to the tram and getting to different areas of the city.
Our room was very small. We were a couple staying for 4 nights and the space was very cramped. There was no drawers or shelf space to take things out of our luggage and are luggage consumed what little floor space was available. The bed shelf was about 6 in wide and not enough room for water, pills, glasses and phone. The shelf wasnt even wide enough to fill the space between the wall and bed, at least that would have kept things from falling off the shelf. Our room on our river cruise utilized a small space better by having a closet, drawer and shelf space and luggage storage under the bed. This room would have been ok for 1 person or a one night stay. Too small for a couple traveling for multiple weeks.
