Breakfast was very informal, good vegan choices. Room was on the small side but very comfortable bed, and surprisingly quiet.
It's a long time since I stayed in a room that didn't have tea/coffee facilities.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean and lovely decor. Would definitely recommend.
No blinds in room so no privacy if curtains open. Bath towels were tiny. I am a tall female and they didn't provide the cover required! Otherwise all good.

The hotel was just as we expected from all the reviews we read. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the location was within reasonable walking distance to points of interest.
Our room was on the second floor and overlooked the busy street but we were not disturbed by any noise at night.
All staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was great, lovely friendly staff and a great bar . Hotel was in a great location for exploring the city
Room was small and very hot during the night - if you opened a window traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. I think it was expensive for what you got in terms of facilities in the room

1. Staff is very friendly, they will say hi every day. I enjoyed overall the staff energy and good location.
2. The room is also very clean & quite, the air condition is also very nice, with comfort temperature, and low noise.
3. The breakfast is also very high standard, I really like the avocado sauce & Crusty French bread.
1. There is no small towel to wash the face;
2. The basin cannot hold water, hard to wash cloths;
3. There is no hot kettle in the room, can't drink hot water.

Staff so lovely, clean room, checkout mid day
No kettle or tea coffee facilities in room, couldn’t open window for air as the street traffic was too noisy and fumes so ideally ask for room facing back

The staff were very friendly, approachable and very helpful.
Breakfast was buffet continental with a nice selection.
Location within easy walking distance to everything including the train station.
Limited storage space in the room. No tea or coffee making facilities in room.
