No coffee in room. In this day and age, no coffee or tea in the room is unacceptable. Have to pay extra for breakfast.

The hotel was very clean. I loved the decor of the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable, clean, roomy. Bathroom was good. The hotel is not in the "heart" of the city - but I prefer to stay just out and walk to the city. Very close to get to shops, etc. It was a 30 min walk to get to Anne Frank House. Very doable. Our room was ready early and we were able to check in early.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was our first time in Amsterdam, and the hotel suited us very well. The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos in the listing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing worth mentioning is that the air conditioning was not very powerful. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience, and the hotel was a great choice for our trip.

Location is in a quieter area of Amsterdam but walkable to most of Centrum. Rooms are modern and the shower with spray hose is great.
Room amenities are sparce. Besides towels, hand soap and a shampoo/body wash combo, the only amenities are 2 paper cups.

Over het algemeen heb ik een prettig verblijf gehad. De locatie is uitstekend: dicht bij het centrum en ideaal om Amsterdam te verkennen. Het motel was schoon en de medewerkers van de receptie waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Er waren echter ook enkele minpunten. Het ontbijt was vrij beperkt en had meer variatie mogen bieden. Daarnaast kwam de housekeeping onze kamer binnen, ondanks dat het “Niet storen”-bordje aan de deur hing. Ook was de ventilator op de hogere standen erg luid, wat het comfort tijdens de nacht verminderde.

I liked that it was clean and that they got us rooms together. They also let us check in early.
Wish there would’ve been make up remover wipes and conditioner in the bathroom. I was not aware i had to show my childrens passports at check-in. That would’ve been good to know prior to arrival. Luckily they accepted a photo of the passports.
