We've stayed on room 614. It was quite. The overall space was OK but could be bigger for the money. The room was cleaned every day in good details (thank you for the cleaning team!). The stuff was wonderful, smiling every time.
The bath towels contain a very fine white powder and become fluffy. Every time we wiped ourselves with them, dust flew up and settled everywhere. Fortunately, the daily cleaning included dusting. That somehow compensated for the inconvenience.

I have stayed many times at this hotel, and it is one of my first choices when I’m organizing a trip to Amsterdam. Very good location, 5’ walking distance from the Waterlooplein metro station, but also walking to the city center is also doable. I also liked the lobby area which was very cosy.

The location was perfect to walk places but not in the middle of everything completely so it wasn’t crazy during kings day celebrations. The lobby was nice and welcoming with a beautiful breakfast spread of fresh baked goods (including fresh baked gluten free bread if requested), meats, cheeses, yogurt, oatmeal and fruits, among delicious coffee and other things. The elevator was quick and convenient to our rooms and the room was quiet. Loved this place overall! The room did get a little warm at times but it was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable (on the firm side) with good pillows.

Great location. Clean hotel.
No early check in option was available. I was tired from the overseas trip but had to wait for 5 hours to check in. The room was very small.

Excellent location, just close enough for a nice walk to everything. Hotel was very nice and clean and staff were very helpful
Only thing I can complain about is it would have been nice to have water and tea/coffee facilities in the room.

About the safety and security of in-house guests, the hotel should have the key -card scan system before using the elevator to guest room.

Wonderful
Breakfast is very good. The rooms are really clean. Location is also very nice. You can walk every sighseeing places.
There was no kettle in the room. It would be nice if hotel puts them.
