Very large, comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Wonderful reception staff. Decent location; close to De Wallen (Waterlooplein is 2 stops from Centraal)
Lack of TV; very few channels available and no ability to stream from phone to TV (never had this restriction in any hotel I’ve stayed at). The heating only allows you to go +3 degrees from original temp of room.

Staff were pleasant and made good recommendations for services.
Lack of gluten free breakfast and snack/food options. We ordered food that took about 45+ mins to provide and it wasn’t good. Staff explained the delay was due to cleaning but this should be done outside of service hours. The food tasted like warmed up or packed supermarket food.

Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and friendly staff. Drink on arrival and bottles of water in room every day were a bonus. Great breakfast. Location 5-10 mins walk from centre. Lovely bar/cafe next door was very handy too
Only request would be an additional coffee machine for breakfast

Location, decor, very comfortable room, I would highly recommend the canal view for a busy city break, which was very quiet at the back of the hotel.
Needed to get the ‘steps’ in for walking to and from main attractions, but great opportunity to see lots of canal vistas, houses and sights.
The staff were extremely attentive, breakfast choices catered for GF as well.

It is a small hotel but in a great location. Staff were friendly and willing to help.
There is nothing I didn’t like. Maybe the breakfast. They had the same breakfast food everyday. However, it was good but the same everyday

I had a really pleasant stay. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and what I truly appreciated was how accommodating the team was, they allowed us to check in much earlier than the usual time, which made a big difference after our journey. We also received a complimentary breakfast when we extended our stay. Overall, the service really stood out and made the experience more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
