Clean, beautiful, easy walk to city center, incredible staff
All was as-advertised - just be careful if you need to park a car. The closest garage charged €90 for overnight parking.

Lovely decors friendly staff and good size room and bathroom
Only issue we had was our room did smell of smoke each day when we ce back into the room

Great location. A little off the beaten path of the really busy areas but very centrally located and easy to walk anywhere.
Also, Camila at the front desk was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. She helped us figure out trains to Belgium and where to watch the NFL Super Bowl. All of the staff act like they truly love helping you out.
When we checked in after a long overnight flight, they offered us coffee or tea and had comfortable chairs at the front desk.

I love this hotel. I've stayed here before in Amsterdam and couldn't rate it more highly. The staff are great and so helpful and from the moment you check in with a complimentary drink, you feel at home.

The room was comfortable and clean, we were within a five minute walk from a train stop and breakfast was fantastic when we were on the go. I also appreciated the security of the building, I felt very safe. The staff also gave us a great list of restaurants to choose from and each meal we ate was a slam dunk from those recommendations.
Continue to do what you're doing, I don't think I need to nit pick, everything was fantastic, we felt very comfortable and taken care of for the entirety of our stay.
