Excellent location and staff were very friendly. On arrival we all were given a complimentary drink whilst we checked in. Our bags were stored safely until our check in time and we were told we would receive a call if the room was ready earlier. The rooms are well equipped with towels, robes slippers and provided with tea, coffee and water. Really lovely feel to the hotel and the cocktails were lovely!!! Would definitely stay here again

What a gem - very clean, large room, really good and attentive staff. Location is quite good and you can walk to most attractions. Will definitely stay there if I am in Amsterdam again.

The reception’s staff was very helpful and polite.
We would like to kindly suggest that, shortly before clearing the breakfast buffet at 11:00 a.m., guests who are still seated at their tables be informed and asked whether they would like to take anything else. A brief reminder five minutes in advance would be a thoughtful gesture. This morning, we had breakfast at 10:35 a.m., and when we returned to the buffet at 11:02 a.m., we were unaware that it had already been closed. While we understand the schedule, being informed in advance would have been appreciated and would reflect the spirit of hospitality your hotel represents.
