Loved the location. Walked to all of the museums, red-light district, restaurants and great little cafes.
Delicious breakfast was included...best freshly squeezed orange juice we've ever had. Staff was always polite and very helpful with directions.
We had no complaints at all.

Really nice room, extremely helpful staff, welcome drink was a nice touch as we arrived at 10pm. wonderful breakfast. Even enjoyed a drink and snack at the bar and sat in front of the fire one evening.
There are not any restaurants close by to walk to - if you are not a walker. At least two - four blocks away. Which was no problem for us, as we walked everywhere.

Location was not in central city but an easy walk to all the notable sites to visit. Easy access to trams and metro. Front desk staff were amazing! From the minute we checked in until we left everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Maria. Room was comfortable and quiet with fridge, coffee maker, and complimentary water. Nice reception area with bar service and comfortable seating.
Room temperature could've been cooler but staff was able to provider a small fan which helped a lot! Buffet breakfast was very good but a bit overpriced if you aren't a big eater.

Air conditioner didn’t function properly, so had to sleep with windows open to cool room.
