I love this hotel. I've stayed here before in Amsterdam and couldn't rate it more highly. The staff are great and so helpful and from the moment you check in with a complimentary drink, you feel at home.

The room was comfortable and clean, we were within a five minute walk from a train stop and breakfast was fantastic when we were on the go. I also appreciated the security of the building, I felt very safe. The staff also gave us a great list of restaurants to choose from and each meal we ate was a slam dunk from those recommendations.
Continue to do what you're doing, I don't think I need to nit pick, everything was fantastic, we felt very comfortable and taken care of for the entirety of our stay.

Luxurious and lovely! Breakfast was exceptional. Quiet rooms face the courtyard not the street.

Nice 4-star hotel with a good location and very friendly staff. The room size was good, not small. Both the room and bathroom were clean, with no unpleasant smells.
The next day I found a black hair in the bathroom, which was obviously not mine as I have light hair. I assume it came with the new towels, so housekeeping could be a bit more attentive.

The reception’s staff was very helpful and polite.
We would like to kindly suggest that, shortly before clearing the breakfast buffet at 11:00 a.m., guests who are still seated at their tables be informed and asked whether they would like to take anything else. A brief reminder five minutes in advance would be a thoughtful gesture.
This morning, we had breakfast at 10:35 a.m., and when we returned to the buffet at 11:02 a.m., we were unaware that it had already been closed. While we understand the schedule, being informed in advance would have been appreciated and would reflect the spirit of hospitality your hotel represents.

Everything and the view at the -1, sticked to the canal water !! The team was so nice, we can compare their professionalism with a palace staff for sure
