Lovely decor and the breakfast was fantastic, a little walk into the centre of town.
There was what looked like someone had coughed something up and spat it on the wall near the bed. It was disgusting.

Everything and the view at the -1, sticked to the canal water !! The team was so nice, we can compare their professionalism with a palace staff for sure

The decor was wonderful, the staff were excellent in helping us with transportation and logistics to get around town.

Rooms were stylish, clean and comfortable.
The location was on a quieter street that was frequented by some unsavory people. We like that the front doors were locked at all times but coming home at night alone might be an issue

The hotel was very nice, it had great facilities and it felt very secure. The staff were excellent and were very friendly and accomodating.
The hotel lobby was nice and a good place to sit down and relax, after a big day out exploring the city. It was nice and warm, considering how cold it was outside in December.
If we come back to Amsterdam again, we would definitely consider staying here again.
The location was a little out of the main centre, but not too far. It wasn't a big deal, but just something to consider. Apart from that, there was nothing else that stood out.
