Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff with all you need! Great bar & reception area downstairs to chill and have a drink which was delightful. Little things like bottles of water replacements & Nespresso coffee machine were added bonuses.
Honestly nothing springs to mind about the property itself.

Exceptional care from the entire staff. Special thanks to Camila and the front desk team who made us feel genuinely welcome in a natural and unforced way. I was surprised with a handwritten birthday card, a balloon, and a small celebratory drink, which was such a thoughtful touch, especially since we never mentioned it. The team also provided great recommendations and walked us through a map of the area so we felt completely oriented. The location is excellent with a beautiful canal view and easy walking access to major sites and restaurants.

Superb hotel with excellent friendly staff. Our room was upgraded to a canal side view, a lovely welcome drink on arrival, daily fresh towels, water and coffee topped up daily.
The room was a bit warm at night but we opened the windows to help with that.
