Modern hotel with a beautiful lobby and bar area, spacious room with canal view, wide selection at breakfast and good location close to Dam Square and the train station. Loved the champagne welcome drink and a surprise chocolate in the room.
More amenities needed in the bathroom however we discovered they were available on request.

Beautifully decorated and in a great location. Staff were wonderful. Lovely views from our canal view room
There was a shower curtain in the bathroom which was not shown on pictures and was a big negative for us, especially as bathroom flooded each shower due to this. Pillows weren’t comfortable but hotel staff swapped these for us.

Beautiful room and great location. Staff at reception were amazing. They were always smiling and helping. Their manager was probably the reason they were so good. He always came out of his office to help with the overflow of people and was amazing

Staff were friendly and helpful (which is rare in Amsterdam...), rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Nespresso pods and a fridge. Gym was clean and usable, but don't book for it. Weights only go to 20kg, a bench, there are 4 cardio machines and some mats. Didn't have breakfast there.
It was a good 30min walk to the nicer parts of Amsterdam, which is fine, but worth knowing in case that's far for someone.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and very kind over the 2 days! The facility was clean and the location is within working distance of tourist attractions. I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling with young children.
