Very Good
We had a warm welcome in this small canalside boutique hotel . Low lighting , mirrors and bric a brac set a dramatic backdrop for the cocktail bar in which we enjoyed breakfast every morning. Rosalia's is in central Amsterdam , set amidst colourful shops and cafes .
Our 2 rooms upstairs were individually themed and impeccably clean . The beds were comfy and luxurious . Mine overlooked the busy canal and was surprisingly quiet . A substantial delicious breakfast was provided each morning.
The quirky historical building has no lift- we found out only after Booking (and payment). There were a few days of anxiety bouncing between Booking.com and the Owner about its suitability for our stay . We just about managed the steep stairs - they definitely aren't for the elderly frail and disabled (*us) or weak of spirit!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and perfectly located for getting around the city. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of fresh options, and the bar was a highlight — great atmosphere and very well-made cocktails.

Wonderful
Perfect location for a truly relaxing stay. Although located in the city center, it remains an ideal place to unwind and enjoy some quiet time away from the crowds.
The selection of breakfast ingredients and the arrival/check-in process were somewhat confusing.
We didn’t mind, but it’s worth noting that the stairs are very narrow and steep.

The breakfast was excellent. Locally sourced food and good service. The location is ideal for exploring Amsterdam. The room was quiet, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The owners and staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We were informed by other catering and distillery staff that it serves the best cocktails and has the nicest atmosphere of all the cocktail bars in Amsterdam. We would certainly agree with that. Location was great.

The location was fantastic, the breakfast was tasty, and the room lovely and quaint. The cocktail bar was really good (cocktails also very tasty!), and slipping through the 'secret' door to the Inn upstairs was cool! We were here to go to the Ziggo Dome to see Lady GaGa (AMAZING!!!) so the proximity to the Metro was a huge advantage.
Nothing - we were very happy with our stay, and would definitely look at staying here again next time we are in Amsterdam.

Superb little place. The breakfast is great and accommodated my dietary requirements. Both the host and staff were very friendly and helpful. Always a great perk having a cocktail bar in your hotel too!
It’s a traditional building, so the windows are single glazed. It can be a bit cold. Perhaps a bigger heater would be better. The bathroom could do with a spruce up too. It all worked though and wouldn’t put me off returning again.
