The whole team were polite & welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. Alternative milk was available on request, as were strong English teabags. The room was really comfortable & all that we needed. There were good transport links within a few minutes walk.

Breakfast was absolutely fine pizza lovely. The staff were helpful. The gentleman working on Thursday morning was exceptionally helpful.
A change of hot food at breakfast would be good. There was no option other than pizza on the 2 occasion so we wanted to eat in the hotel. That was very disappointing.

It was very modern & clean. The breakfasts were fabulous. Chef was very helpful when I explained I was gluten free & made me GF toast. He brought me GF cake for the second day.
We were delayed 2 hours by passport control at Schiphol & so arrived late at the hotel. We planned just to eat there but were told the restaurant didn’t open for dinner despite offering this when we booked.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were quiet, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows the best I've ever slept on in a hotel. Although this hotel is not in the middle of the city there are good tram, bus and train links. The bus stop is just round the corner and the train and tram about 8 minutes walk away. There is a Lidl across the street.
Really small things. It would have been good to have a fridge in the room and English breakfast tea as well as herbal. There is no evening meal and not many options locally but we just ate in the city.

Very stylish, well fitted out with separate wc and shower. Liked the touchpad for zoned lights by the bed.
We liked everything but it is a little off the beaten track (we were aware of that).

I stayed at this hotel with my husband for a short trip, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. One thing that stood out immediately was how incredibly clean everything was. I can be quite fussy when it comes to cleanliness, but I felt completely relaxed here and didn’t have to worry at all. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout.
Another convenient bonus was having a supermarket nearby, which made it easy to pick up snacks and essentials whenever we felt peckish.
The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but for me, the cleanliness and comfort more than made up for the distance — it was definitely worth it.
Breakfast was fairly average.
Overall, I would happily stay here again, especially for the cleanliness and the excellent service.

Modern, stylish hotel on the edge of the city. Great transport to city centre and the airport.
Breakfast included however the restaurant is not open during the weekends which is such a shame.

Modern and spacious rooms with best climate control, room always at a nice cool perfect temperature, easy to adjust.
Lavazza real coffee machine in room, good quality coffee as soon as you wake up
Hotel staff upgraded us as we have a toddler to a bigger room. Massive shower and bathroom.
Hotel lobby ans bar area are smart looking.
Staff were very friendly
Very easy to get to central Amsterdam on tram, just a 7min walk to the stations nearby.
Went fot a lovely walk in Rembrandt Park which is a 10min walk from hotel
Lidl supermarket is a 2 min walk from hotel which is useful
Nice canals with wildlife directly behind hotel with a nice wooden decking area, perfect for a relaxation session
Breakfast was decent enough and never got crowded.

Loved this property. The rooms and all the facilities were first class, the interior tasteful, even luxurious. The cleanliness standards were exceptional. The staff were friendly and approachable, they gave us all help we needed.
The location was near a train station with links for central Amsterdam and Shiphol airport.
