The room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I paid extra for a reserved garage parking space because I wasn’t sure what the parking situation would be there but we arrived late and there were parking spaces available. Next time, I won’t pay for the garage parking. The hotel has a very retro vibe to it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Long commute to central Amsterdam/areas with nice restaurants and cafés. No mini bar, unpractical kettle. Cold room despite adjusting the thermostat. Noisy.

Everything was great. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room, and the amenities. The breakfast was awesome and well worth it. 20-25 from city center, but we really liked how quiet it was.

It was clean
Bad, strange location, felt unsafe. A government housing area very far from the centre. Nothing was available on the menu, understaffed, 'Abdo' was incredibly rude. Room was tiny, freezing cold. No window as expected, but a skylight that woke us at dawn. No room to eat, make coffee. Didn't feel like a hotel, empty, strange atmosphere. Maybe a place bought for other purposes. I dont know. AVOID.

The hotel had a very nice design and the room was perfect.
It was also fairly close to the subway so I was able to get around quite easily.

The hotel was lovely, clean, tidy and facilities were modern and exactly as pictured. We were comfortable the whole stay and had no issues! Easy check in and smooth check out. The luggage room to hold our bags on the last day was good and convenient. We also used the room service 24 hour pizza which was great.

The style and comfort of the room
Rooms are on street level, and with passing traffic (which can be a little disruptive at night when trying to sleep) and walkers by, you couldn't really have the curtains open
